These cards are never available in the stores. I was able to buy online and shipping was free. The cards are easy to use. You do have to enter the number each time when using the app. The pin is included, you just have to scrape off the sticker to find it.

Bought these for myself during a special sales event and transferred the balance to my Potbelly mobile App. After transferring the balance to your App, confirm the balance on the physical card is zero on Potbelly website & destroy the card. Better to take a pic of the GC (just in case).

I enjoy the 15-25% savings on discounted gift cards purchased through Sam's Club for restaurants that I frequently visit. Potbelly's has quality ingredients and good customer service.

Neat sandwich shop with good mac and cheese. Can't use gift cards through the app but you can earn rewards and pay in person with gift card through the app.

These gift-cards were purchased at a discount-price so that makes me happy. I was surprised to find that they cannot be used to make a purchase at the website. That doesn't concern me because I typically visit the store to pick-up my order... but other users may be disappointed.

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop, but I buy these Potbelly gift cards, and eat there sometimes. I like Potbelly's chicken pot pie soup, but their sandwiches can't match JM's. Potbelly does have a meatball sub I can't get at JM, and I like Potbelly's chicken club sub, but JM's is better. If you're going to eat at Potbelly, you might as well use these highly discounted gift cards. Unfortunately, Potbelly is making it harder and harder to use them. They no longer allow me to use these gift cards to pay for an online or app order. Now I can't order ahead and have my food waiting for me when I get there. Why would they offer discounted gift cards to increase business, and then make it so hard to use them? It doesn't make sense to me. If you use these at Potbelly, be sure to download their app, and have their QR code scanned when you pay. Then you can earn free food, eventually. When I eat there, it's usually on double points Thursday, and sometimes they offer BOGO deals.

Love to get a deal on the Potbelly gift cards. However, when received, I discovered that they are issued without a PIN number so you can't add/use them in the Potbelly app. Even with the savings, I won't be ordering these again -- waiting in line / not ordering ahead is more of a hassle than the savings is worth.

Highly UNRECOMMENDED. I've used these gift cards for years through mobile orders on the Potbelly app without a problem until Thursday, 7/27/23. It seems that very recently, Potbelly no longer accepts these third-party-seller gift cards for in-app purchases without a pin. These gift cards include only the 16-digit gift card number and the 6-digit registration codes, but a pin is needed. I contacted Sam's Club about the fact that Potbelly does not accept gift cards without a pin number, and they directed me to Potbelly's Customer Service phone number that only routes to a voice mail box where no one returns the call. Potbelly also has no live agent for customer service and no chat option on their website. Many Potbelly locations are individually owned and operated (franchised), and there is very little corporate governance.

I purchased 2 Potbelly gift cards and they don't work. I have the receipt and called customer services and they said there's nothing they can do because it's a third party. Sam's Club customer service said to" call the number on the back of the card". the sad part is that there is no number on the back of the card! I understand that Sam's club sells cheap items BUT THEY SHOULD NOT SELL JUNK FOR PROFIT!!!! now I'm out $50.

I can agree with editorasuarus here. My gift cards will not work either, at least with my local Potbelly's location. I am hoping to find a way for a refund to be in place.
