The gift card itself is great with a great discount. However, the potbelly system is not good. Once you load the gift card onto your account, it doesn’t stay on. You have to reload every time. I made the mistake of throwing my cards away after I loaded the gift cards, then to find out it’s only one time use and you need to load it every single time, not like gift cards from other stores. If you just use the gift card it would be great. Well, my sandwich was very expensive because I only used it once and I don’t have my gift cards anymore. I hope potbelly will change their system or warn users of how their app works.

Horrible experience via Sam's Club shipping. Potbelly is a great restaurant, but Sam's Club uses a third rate shipper that lied about delivering the cards and reattempted by throwing in an unsecured area. Based on my club experiences since rejoining and this, I am very likely to ever want to renew again and may ask for a refund.

Arrived Quickly. How can I give this any less than 5 stars? I got a $50 gift card for $35.

1 lost $15.34 by just ordering a $7.89 sandwich. No way to contact the gift card issuer.

Good Product, Good Price Point.

Bought these for a road trip, and they worked great! Don't pass them up if they are heavily discounted, and you have one near you.

Only one location where i live Wilmington NC, but i love the place. Top of the sub chains, premium sandwiches. Great buy here on these gift cards.

This was a great value. The only down side was that I found the delivery several days later in a bush where it had apparently blown.

The cards arrived in two days. I put them to use the next day. Fast and easy to put it on my account. We love Potbelly sandwiches, but we don't go as often as we would like. The discounted gift cards were a blessing.
