How embarrassing...cards I bought from Sams in Southgate MI were inactive.

I purchased these gift cards at a store, and when I came home to check the balance for both cards (I do to most of gift cards just to make sure), there was no store balance! I tried both with my laptop and my phone. I had to go back to the store to get refunded. The refund process was smooth, but what a waste of time!!!

I've used several of these successfully. Pot Belly changed their web site and now these don't work. You can only add 1 gift card when checking out and then it won't apply it. Your credit card will be charged the full amount.
