Love to get a deal on the Potbelly gift cards. However, when received, I discovered that they are issued without a PIN number so you can't add/use them in the Potbelly app. Even with the savings, I won't be ordering these again -- waiting in line / not ordering ahead is more of a hassle than the savings is worth.

Great value, but cards have NO PIN

These cards are never available in the stores. I was able to buy online and shipping was free. The cards are easy to use. You do have to enter the number each time when using the app. The pin is included, you just have to scrape off the sticker to find it.
