I am very pleased with this swingset/play set. It is amazing. I am a little dissapointed that I purchased this on 4/8/19 for $1198.00 and received it 4/19/19 and then I get an instant savings book and it is now on sale for $898.00 and when I contacted Sam's Club they would not honor the discounted price. Or even compensate me for part of the difference in price, because they only do that if it has been 8 days since the purchase. Still love the swing set and so does my grandson

We got this for my 3 year old granddaughter. It is late June in Texas and the temperature is in the mid 90’s. She will not come inside. She absolutely loves this play set! The slides are fun and she has a great time in the kitchen. I like the way the mixer works and the sounds the skill pans the pot makes. Fairly simple to put together. We used both the BILT app and the written directions. We had to correct ourselves a couple of times due to some boards looking exactly alike but were left/right specific. Again, temperature in the mid 90’s was a bit of a challenge for 60+ year old grandparents to build but we did it in 3 days. It is well made and will hopefully last many years. I highly recommend it!

There is a lot of broken pieces and can’t complete the rest to build and no one will call me back to replace parts. Had it almost put together all the way except the slides and one of the main panels for the side is completely cracked so now I’m stuck and not sure what to do.

Assembly was pretty easy to follow. Nothing came damaged and appreciated the few extra hardware pieces. It took about 2 1/2 days to put together with 2 adults. The only complaint I have is that some of the wood is very soft which causes the screw holes to strip extremely easily. That being said, I can't justify taking off an entire star for that. It really is a great set and my kids absolutely love it. 4.7 stars!

It's definitely a time consuming project. Put aside 2 days for 1 person. The tube slide would actually be easier if you build it in ace and work your way to the ground. Can be difficult lining it up with 2 people if you build it separately like the instructions say. It's definitely a good buy and the kids love it

When we received the play set, a couple boards were already cracked. I’m assuming do to shipping When assembling the play set, it took us 6 hours with 5 people to put it together. If you are assembling this swing set with 2 people, I would say start early morning. It’s gonna take a full day and a lot of patience to put it together. In the end it’s a pretty good swing set for the price it is. Also definitely go by the ages that are rated for this swing set. I don’t think it would hold up for any older.

Our grandson absolutely loves this swing set. It took about 18-20 hours to put together over 3 days. My husband is extremely handy and had power tools this project is not for the weak!! Lol! If you are good at following instructions and have tools and a ton of a patience you can handle this. It helps to have help also with this project.

We just assembled this for my 3 year old. She loves it. I am happy with the quality although I can’t speak to long term wear. It did take us MUCH longer to assemble. They state it should take two adults 8hrs. We had a total of three adults with good handy skills, lots of appropriate power tools and lots of coffee and it took us 23 hrs of work. However our little girl loves it.

Overall I love this playground, and more importantly, my kids (3 and 6) love it! It's a beautiful design, there's lots of fun stuff to do, and building it was not the worst thing that ever happened to me. Some of my notes: - Putting the tube slide together was the worst part. Never want to do that again! It's often difficult to get all the pieces together and the plastic shoved into place. They estimate 3 hours but it took us probably 5. - There are several beams on the second story that are prime head-bonking position. We wound up ziptying pool noodles. Arches instead of straight boards would have helped. Similar thing with a couple hard corners we're going to bumper. - The regular slide has a dip in the bottom that collects water and snow, which is kind of annoying to wipe down every time we go to play. - One roof piece arrived broken and getting it replaced was quick and easy! Customer service was great. - There are a couple instances (like attaching the regular slide) where you have to hammer a nut UP into a board from beneath at a difficult angle, which was a headache, but we did manage to build the whole thing with only minor swearing, so I'd say success! - The rungs of the ladder don't seem very strong and give a little when my kids go up. So far so good but I won't be surprised if they wear down and need to be replaced. - I didn't expect my kids to love the little kitchen underneath as much as they do, but they went right into playing restaurant.

Bought this in May, daughter and her friend installed this a couple of weeks ago. Took them about a day and a half to finish. Grandsons absolutely love it. So do their friends. Features are fantastic, love the two slides and just everything about this set. Would definitely recommend.
