I bought this Play set for my four-year-old she loves it. It was supposed to arrive on Monday the 22nd but it came in 5 days prior to that Which was great! The delivery guys were so professional and kind that they dropped it off in my backyard instead of leaving it on the curb. It says that it only takes eight hours to put together buy two people but it took way longer than that. It was not hard to put together but it was time consuming. The easiest way to do it is to make sure you open all the boxes and lined up all the pieces alphabetically and numerically which took about two hours Doing it by myself. The next day we started the build. We spent 10 hours with very small breaks And we got everything done but the tube slide. The following day I spent about six hours finishing up. Altogether took about 16 to 18 hours with two people

Awesome swingset. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Received quickly, no missing pieces and very high quality wood. I am really impressed with this swingset. I added a glider swing in place of trapeze bar. For those wondering, it works nicely but supposedly voids the warranty so keep that in mind if that is important to you. I also purchased pink accessories (swings, phone, wheel telescope) it and it turned out super cute. Assemply took approximately 8 hours. My husband completed most on his own. I sorted all pieces in alphabetical order and would gather pieces in advance a few steps at a time. Other than that I only helped hold a couple of pieces in place. We had 2 others do most of the tube slide and it took about an hour not 3 hours as stated in the instructions. My 3 year old loves it and it is as plenty big for my 12 year old son to swing and slide. He is about 5’2” 90 lbs. My 16 year old daughter went down the slide with no problems and she is 5’6” and 150 lbs. I read a review which said it was small for their 7 year old. I’m not at all sure how that’s possible. The bottom clubhouse is not very tall and son could not fully stand but again he is 12 years old and we didn’t purchase it for him anyway. It was a bday gift for 3 year old and I’m sure she will get many years of use out of it. It is very sturdy large and well made. I am happy with everything about this swing set. A storm came with 60 mile an hour winds in the open country and it did not bother it one but. I also love the cooking tools and chalkboards that came with the set

Wow, there are A LOT of parts and it took three of us approximately 16 hours to put it together steadily working. The set is really well built, there are a couple of negatives, the sink faucet last one day before it broke off, the screws are not long enough and any moving of the faucet handles took it out. Some of the screws that hold the panels on are too short and the boards have popped off, I will just put a longer screw in to hold. The tie downs are not long enough. It took a lot of effort to screw them in and I will have to buy a set for Home Depot that are longer for the swing set portion. One piece of the tube slide was Cracked when we took it out of the box, but was replaced. Their customer service at Backyard Discovery was great, when I called her about the broken piece, she first registered the set, then hooked me up with the new part which was delivered in about three days. You can’t go wrong buying this, probably well worth paying the $500 to get it installed unless you have a lot of patience and like to work with your hands. My grandkids love it though and it was well worth it!

Great play set. Very sturdy. Good luck with the twisty tube slide. By the time you get there the rest of playset will have already been put together and you will be filled with false pride, the tube slide will remind you why you have a day job and make you want to drink. You will question every major life decision and whether you possibly need a brain scan or your vision checked because the instructions for the tube slide might as well be an optical illusion. This is the part of this adventure you should just grab a drink and dig in build a fire to keep you warm and grab one of those big spotlights because it will surely get dark before you finish. Just remember “YOU IS SMART, YOU IS KIND.” -the help. Lol other than the tube slide we are very happy with this purchase and our kids love it too!

Was alot to put together but the app. Is amazing in helping with step by step instructions.very well made materials will last along time. It has features for older and younger kids to enjoy. My kids play on it everyday they love it! I recommend it to anyone wanting a bigger playset for your yard.

First off the directions are absolutely horrible. There are so many holes in each piece that you almost have to think backwards or look ahead to make sure you’re doing this right. The stamps for the identification pieces are hard to read on some pieces. The tube slide pieces have faint marking so pay close attention when putting that together. Took me about 25 hrs to put this thing together. Make sure you sort pieces by identifying numbers to save you some hassle digging through the like 500 individual boards. The wood is soft so turn the torch down on your drill. It turned out beautiful but I’ll never do it again. Also you’ll need a drill bit that folds like a L to help get in those tight spaces on the tube slide. Trust me!! Overall she loves it so the blood sweat and tears was worth it I guess.

I am docking a star because it took much longer to assemble than the “8 hours and two people” that the BILT app reports as required for the assembly of this play set. The pre-drilled holes were also not aligned in several areas, creating some hiccups along the way. My husband and his father are very handy, and it took them about 3.5 full days to assemble. However, once it’s completed, it’s cute as can be! Our toddler loves it and we know it will be used by our kids for many years to come!

Once it's all put together, this playset is awesome. I bought it for my 3 year old son and all of his cousins, and they all love it. Putting it together was a huge pain in the rear, though. Directions say it takes 2 people 11 hours to complete--my husband owns his own construction company and this playset took us well over 11 hours. There are so many small pieces that could have come assembled to speed up the process, but instead they make the purchaser assemble them. And the tube slide....that is what nightmares are made of. The instructions are kind of all over the place, but they do get the job done which I guess is the important part.

Nice swing set. Some steps in instructions had errors. Some pilot holes were off or to close to edge of wood so it would split. One floor panel had holes missing so had to drill. Quite a few splintered boards that will need sanding. Much longer than 8 hours to prep, build and anchor. would say it takes about 24 hours to be safe so plan a couple weekends to complete project.

It’s a very cute play set. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I guess it’s sturdy enough, but it feels like if the kids play too rough... and my kids play ROUGH... that it would break. It’s only been a few days that we have had it together. The kids are having a lot of fun. The kitchen is really cool with a grill, pots, and food. All in all, I think it’s really nice. But nice doesn’t matter if it’s not sturdy. Time will tell. If it holds up it will be worth the money. I’m going to be really upset it it doesn’t.
