My husband it a contractor so he didn't have any issues with assembly. Our 2 year old loves the extra features such as the kitchen, wheel, scope etc. his favorite is the tunnel slide. Worth the money!

I bought this Play set for my four-year-old she loves it. It was supposed to arrive on Monday the 22nd but it came in 5 days prior to that Which was great! The delivery guys were so professional and kind that they dropped it off in my backyard instead of leaving it on the curb. It says that it only takes eight hours to put together buy two people but it took way longer than that. It was not hard to put together but it was time consuming. The easiest way to do it is to make sure you open all the boxes and lined up all the pieces alphabetically and numerically which took about two hours Doing it by myself. The next day we started the build. We spent 10 hours with very small breaks And we got everything done but the tube slide. The following day I spent about six hours finishing up. Altogether took about 16 to 18 hours with two people

Everything we could have hoped for! Easy to put together. It took my dad and I two days to put together with occasional help from a third person. We worked about 6-8 hours each day five or take. I was also still taking care of my children during all of this, and it was very doable! We did have some pieces damaged through the box and one piece, that we will have to call the company about to replace but it was minor. We also had to go get screws because they did not send enough of the screw that you use for all of the platforms and post by the slides, Otherwise we had no problems. I would also recommend downloading the bilt app and searching the swing to use the digital 3D instruction manual! It was very helpful when the paper copy seemed overwhelming.

Once it's all put together, this playset is awesome. I bought it for my 3 year old son and all of his cousins, and they all love it. Putting it together was a huge pain in the rear, though. Directions say it takes 2 people 11 hours to complete--my husband owns his own construction company and this playset took us well over 11 hours. There are so many small pieces that could have come assembled to speed up the process, but instead they make the purchaser assemble them. And the tube slide....that is what nightmares are made of. The instructions are kind of all over the place, but they do get the job done which I guess is the important part.

First off the directions are absolutely horrible. There are so many holes in each piece that you almost have to think backwards or look ahead to make sure you're doing this right. The stamps for the identification pieces are hard to read on some pieces. The tube slide pieces have faint marking so pay close attention when putting that together. Took me about 25 hrs to put this thing together. Make sure you sort pieces by identifying numbers to save you some hassle digging through the like 500 individual boards. The wood is soft so turn the torch down on your drill. It turned out beautiful but I'll never do it again. Also you'll need a drill bit that folds like a L to help get in those tight spaces on the tube slide. Trust me!! Overall she loves it so the blood sweat and tears was worth it I guess.

This is a great playset for small kids, especially with all the extras! The quality of the wood is not the best because it seems so brittle. You have to be super careful with the drill! Even when swinging or walking up the steps, it sounds like the wood is cracking/popping. We will definitely seal/stain it soon in effort to improve it's durability. My biggest suggestion would be this: pay for professional installation if you can! It was an absolute nightmare for us. It does not take much skill, it is just extremely tedious. My husband had to do most of it by himself, but I helped out when I could and it took us almost 3 whole days. One of the very last steps (assembling and attaching the tube slide) was the worst. I would recommend assembling the tube slide ahead of time.... before you get 3 days in and have hardly any patience left! The biggest problem was that the opening of our tube slide was mishaped, so it would not fit into the attachment hole on the platform. We tried everything to no avail, so we finally had to temporarily remove the H11 rail in order to get the tube slide into place. Then when we put the H11 rail back on, it left a small gap in the corner because the tube slide opening was taller on one side. The only other issue we have with parts is the swinging door to the kitchen. It doesn't close all the way. It seems like the hinge stop is preventing it from lining up with the door frame. It even bothers our 3 year old because she keeps trying to "close the door" all the way. Also, if you elect to self install using the Bilt app, be mindful that the steps are not numbered the same as in the manual. My husband preferred the paper instructions, but I preferred the app. So it was pretty difficult for us stay on track when we were working together. Overall, we like the design and it looks great when everything is put together. Kids absolutely love it, so those 3 days of torment were all worth it in the end! :)

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the pieces were not marked clear. This was a great deal, but be prepared. There are a lot of pieces and it takes 2/3 days to put together.

It’s a very cute play set. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem very sturdy. I guess it’s sturdy enough, but it feels like if the kids play too rough... and my kids play ROUGH... that it would break. It’s only been a few days that we have had it together. The kids are having a lot of fun. The kitchen is really cool with a grill, pots, and food. All in all, I think it’s really nice. But nice doesn’t matter if it’s not sturdy. Time will tell. If it holds up it will be worth the money. I’m going to be really upset it it doesn’t.

I have received it however it's still sitting in my driveway in boxes, I purchased the assembly with this and they have still not showed up to put it together. My grandkids are walking past the boxes every day asking when can we put it together. So I guess the playset might be good but I wouldnt know. Whatever you do dont purchase the assembly unless you have a few months to get t hff d thing set up.

Purchased this for the Grandchildren, the 12 year old girl is unable to go thru the slide. She is 5'2" and 93 pounds. My suggestion for future buyers would be to check into the size very carefully. It is smaller than I expected.
