Was alot to put together but the app. Is amazing in helping with step by step instructions.very well made materials will last along time. It has features for older and younger kids to enjoy. My kids play on it everyday they love it! I recommend it to anyone wanting a bigger playset for your yard.

Had this playset up for about a week now(Will review in 6 months) Several things I noticed. 1. This playset is not difficult to set up compare to others that I have built. (5 stars) 2. Quality of the product (4.5 stars) 3. Nice instructions (4.0 stars - some needed more time spent to figure out) 4. Slides (5 stars) 5. Accessories (5 stars) My grand kids love to play on this set and they are 6, 5 & 1.5 years old. Overall very nice product

Paid $400.00 for Assembly. Assembly would take 45 days to happen. Canceled assembly and undertook the task with the family. We took our time and had it up in a couple of days. 3 y/o is pleased!! STILL waiting for Sams to refund $400.00. Have called 6 going on 7 times with no resolution.

Once it's all put together, this playset is awesome. I bought it for my 3 year old son and all of his cousins, and they all love it. Putting it together was a huge pain in the rear, though. Directions say it takes 2 people 11 hours to complete--my husband owns his own construction company and this playset took us well over 11 hours. There are so many small pieces that could have come assembled to speed up the process, but instead they make the purchaser assemble them. And the tube slide....that is what nightmares are made of. The instructions are kind of all over the place, but they do get the job done which I guess is the important part.

Great play set. Very sturdy. Good luck with the twisty tube slide. By the time you get there the rest of playset will have already been put together and you will be filled with false pride, the tube slide will remind you why you have a day job and make you want to drink. You will question every major life decision and whether you possibly need a brain scan or your vision checked because the instructions for the tube slide might as well be an optical illusion. This is the part of this adventure you should just grab a drink and dig in build a fire to keep you warm and grab one of those big spotlights because it will surely get dark before you finish. Just remember “YOU IS SMART, YOU IS KIND.” -the help. Lol other than the tube slide we are very happy with this purchase and our kids love it too!

First off the directions are absolutely horrible. There are so many holes in each piece that you almost have to think backwards or look ahead to make sure you’re doing this right. The stamps for the identification pieces are hard to read on some pieces. The tube slide pieces have faint marking so pay close attention when putting that together. Took me about 25 hrs to put this thing together. Make sure you sort pieces by identifying numbers to save you some hassle digging through the like 500 individual boards. The wood is soft so turn the torch down on your drill. It turned out beautiful but I’ll never do it again. Also you’ll need a drill bit that folds like a L to help get in those tight spaces on the tube slide. Trust me!! Overall she loves it so the blood sweat and tears was worth it I guess.

My husband and I installed this and it was very easy because the manual has excellent step by step instructions! We were not missing any parts. When it first arrived it was a bit intimidating but once we got started it all fell into place.

My husband it a contractor so he didn’t have any issues with assembly. Our 2 year old loves the extra features such as the kitchen, wheel, scope etc. his favorite is the tunnel slide. Worth the money!

Our kids just love this it is great to get them outside more. I would give it 5 stars but it took a super long time to put together it took 2 men 2, 8 hour days to put this together.

Guys, when you buy this playground set, DO NOT buy the whole package which has them build it for you. My set arrived on July 6th but the builder messaged me saying they wouldn't be there to build it right away since it was summer and they were very booked out, which i understand. They scheduled me to the 26th, Tuesday. The set has been sitting in my garage for over 2 weeks. And now only 2 days left for them to come build it, they messaged me AGAIN saying because of the heat they can't come on Tuesday, and rescheduled me all the way to August. I went to talk to a worker at my local Sam's club and she said she can't help me with it, since the builders are a third party, they can't be touch! But i bought and paid thru Sam's website, i didn't hire these people to come build it for me, SAM's CLUB DID, and they're not taking responsibility because the builders were a third party. How does that make any sense? This is such a horrible experience.
