I never received any tracking info but was delivered and left close to the road for everyone to see not very professional. I just hope that it is a lot better product than the delivery was. haven't put it together yet may have to post another review after it's put together hopefully a better one. I'm just glad someone didn't just pull and get it because I would have never would have known that it had been delivered. it still not showing any tracking info

I bought this almost a month ago and my 3 year old enjoys it but I'm afraid I'll have to replace wood before a year. After we put it together, we noticed a lot of cracked wood/ wood started splitting and when our 3 year swung on all 3 swings. The T nuts were starting to sink into the wood.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the pieces were not marked clear. This was a great deal, but be prepared. There are a lot of pieces and it takes 2/3 days to put together.

This player is great directions to put it together we’re spot on, and step by step. Delivery from SAMS was on time and they placed it where we wanted it delivered in the yard. The kids are loving it!!!!!

Product was delivered with one of the 5 boxes being completely ripped apart so we hope that we have all the parts. However, we wouldn't know at this point because it is still sitting in our driveway weeks later. After 3 calls to GoConfigure, each time I am told they are leaving a voicemail and texting the local installer and they will call me back, each time NO ONE even calls me back. No telling how long it will take to even get an installation date scheduled at this point. I'll update this review if things change, but at this point Sam's Club should not be selling assembly services if they cannot ensure the quality of the service being offered. I'm even ok with waiting, but at least return my calls when you say you will and schedule a date. At this point I would caution anyone with purchasing this product with any sort of assembly included.

I am so happy I bought this unit. It is a larger unit, compared to the unit’s that only have one slide. My husband built this unit by himself . It took him four days to build. Full disclosure, he is a General Contractor and he is a man that can build or fix anything. I would definitely recommend this swing set! We had no problems with delivery and it was complete in box. No damage.

After years of contemplating getting a swing set, we landed on this one due to all of the different features. We are not handy, so the $600 professional installation was a must for us because we wanted to make sure it was put together properly. The installers sent one man out to put it together. It took him about 8 hours the first day and about 4 hours the next day to finish. He was polite and professional, and worked very hard. He seemingly did a great job, or at least that’s what we thought. We were so happy with the swing set and the kids loved it. About a week after installation (Dec 2022), we started noticing issues, and new issues continue to appear daily. The most concerning being the whole balcony and tube slide area. The balcony is starting to droop down, which is an obvious safety concern, and we now have gapping and cracking in the tube slide, both at the top base where it connects to the balcony and in a part of the slide itself. We also discover new cracks throughout the wood on a regular basis. On top of the damage that’s occurring, even with the anchors, the structure of the swing set sways a concerning amount when my kids swing, even when they aren’t swinging at the maximum height that the swings would allow. My kids are 7 (70 lbs), 5 (39 lbs), and 2 (33 lbs), and it also constantly makes cracking and creaking noises when they play on it. They should be able to play on it freely, without us constantly worrying about further damage and safety issues. We reached out to Backyard Discovery, who did reply almost immediately to address our concerns; however, after reviewing the pictures they said it appears to be due to improper installation, so we were redirected to contact the installers, who were chosen by Backyard Discovery. Supposedly the installers are going to come back and fix the issues, but with how many issues keep popping up, I have my doubts. As it’s going now, I doubt this swing set will last more than a year or two. Despite the issues, my kids have a blast on it and will play for hours; although they are now restricted from the tube slide/balcony area. It’s very unfortunate that it’s quickly becoming a safety hazard, especially after paying $2,600 for it. I wish my kids could play on this as intended. It would be a great swing set if it weren't for all of the issues we are having.

We got this swing set for my son’s 3rd birthday. It states that it takes 11 hours to assemble, we were 6 days in before we got it together. Several boards were to short, some of the holes weren’t drilled out, and 1/3 of the boards split. We had to make our own boards out of 2x4’s which is the only strong boards in the whole swing set. The boards are so thin and brittle we wouldn’t let but a two kids on it at a time. Two were swinging and we could hear the board that connects the swing to the frame crackle as if it were being pulled away from the frame boards. I’m just sick to think of how much we paid for this box of match sticks and a few nut and bolts. Buyer beware, don’t buy from this company.

The customer service is the reason for the 5 stars - the person I spoke with on the phone was amazing! He listened to my issues and happily sent me everything we needed. The playset itself is really nice, but there were a few issues. The deck on the upper floor that we got had peeling wood. Some of the hardware wasn't long enough to attach well (but there was extra of longer sizes to use instead), mainly the railings at the upper lookouts. This is the first playset we have put together and it went as we expected and our kids love it. I will say we would have gladly paid a bit more to have the tube slide come pre-assembled!

This swing set has already fallen over so many times in my backyard, despite us leveling the area and staking and weighing it down. The tube slide broke within a week of use. Our sons are 10 and 2 and the 10 yr old only weighs 56lbs so being overloaded wasn't the issue. We live on a 1 acre tract and I found this play ground bent, twisted, partially laying down so many times that its already past the point of safe use. Our back yard is breezy, but there is no reason this thing should have fallen over so many times! No storms came through, the thing would just take flight in the slightest breeze. I am so disappointed that we wasted $1800 on this! If you are wanting a swingset, don't go cheap. Your kids are worth more than this!
