Bought this for the kids this spring and they love it. It took about 3 days to put it together with minimal help. If you don't have patience this is not a job for you, pay to have it assembled. The reviews are true about the curly slide, it took the longest by far. Attention to detail is a must. Use the app for sure! It was way easier than using the book. The only issue we have had with this so far, some of the floorboards need replaced because of splinter potential, and some of the pre drilled holes cause the screws to strip easily. Other than that it feels solid and the kids love it.

Bought this for our young kids and they already love it. From the 2 slides to the kitchen area below, they love every aspect of the slide. Yes. there were lots of pieces, but the instructions and labeling was fantastic. I did most parts by myself and then just needed a helper towards the end.

My youngest who is 18 months now started playing on it a couple months ago and he loves the slides. My older son who is 4 1/2 likes everything about it: the swings, the chalkboards, the slides, the kitchen/bbq grill. He always wants hos friends over to play.

We bought this last summer for our toddler. She absolutely loves it! She never gets bored and it will definitely grow with her for years to come! It did take some time to put together, but it was well worth it and just proves it's a solid swingset. Highly recommend!

I chose this model instead and I am thrilled with it! More importantly, my granddaughter loves it! She always loves going to the park, and she now calls this “Good Park”! The quality of the product is outstanding, it was packaged and shipped with care and unlike most unassembled products, NO parts were missing!! Our extended family spent the beginning of a fun Memorial Weekend setting this up. It was labor intensive, but not difficult. Having people work on different sections helped speed things along. I would suggest water-sealing several weeks before assembling, Thompson's Water Seal took a little longer to dry than I expected. Quality, safe and fun playset. I would definitely recommend!

I bought this play-set last Spring and had it assembled by the company Backyard Discovery recommended. Assembly took 8 hours by a professional. Everything went extremely well with the delivery and assembly! The kids love this play-set and are so excited that's it's on our property in the country! I would highly recommend staining this play-set as well.

Arrived in a timely manner and assembly went fairly smooth. Playset arrived in several boxes so it's best to find the packaging paper as some pieces are in one box and some are in another box during assembly so having the packaging paper will help with ease of finding what's in each box. Tube slide is the most challenging to assemble requiring great deal of attention to the instructions when connecting the tube sections together. This Bristol Playset was a huge upgrade over the old discovery Playset we had when we bought our home and will provide many years of fun for my kids.

We purchased this swing set about 6 months ago and it seems to be holding up well. My dad had to construct a platform for the center to sit on as well as extending the A-frame portion due to the slope of our yard. We also had to lengthen the swings and we switched the handles out for a toddler seat. Overall, the kids love it.

Our son is almost 2, so we started looking for a playset for him. He goes out every day and plays in the kitchen, swings, and goes down the slides. I love all the features this playset comes with...the kitchen is definitely more practical than having just a bench underneath like some models. We bought a glider to use instead of the handle bars for now until our son is older. We assembled ourself. It was not bad and the bilt app helped a lot with specific instructions and 3D visuals. One panel came damaged, but the customer service was great when we called and sent out a new piece right away with no hassle. We are very happy we bought this playset.

My 3 year old daughter loves her new play set! She loves all of the different activities—from the kitchen to the rock wall to the slides. She's already excited to invite her friends over to her park. The quality of the play set is outstanding so I'm confident it's a safe place for my daughter to play. Plus, it looks beautiful in our backyard space. This play set will be a favorite for us for years!
