Although delivery was a nightmare the product itself is awesome! So awesome we decided we needed to add another child to our family so another child gets to use it as well! My husband put it together all by himself with no problems, I just stayed away during the process!

We only really struggled with the tube slide on the construction. The rest of it went together fairly easily. If I had to do it again I would have paid the fee to have it assembled for sure. Kids love it big time though so certainly worth it in the end!

We bought this in March for my Granddaughter's birthday. Didn't get a chance to set it up until April due to weather. She was very excited as we were putting it together. The assembly did take sometime, 8 hours later. She absolutely loves it and the variety of things this playset offers. She has been playing with it every day weather permitting.

Bought this for the kids this spring and they love it. It took about 3 days to put it together with minimal help. If you don't have patience this is not a job for you, pay to have it assembled. The reviews are true about the curly slide, it took the longest by far. Attention to detail is a must. Use the app for sure! It was way easier than using the book. The only issue we have had with this so far, some of the floorboards need replaced because of splinter potential, and some of the pre drilled holes cause the screws to strip easily. Other than that it feels solid and the kids love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Bristol Point Cedar Swingset/Playset in late May 2023 and received it about a week later. I assembled it almost entirely on my own over a couple weekends. The kids (8, 6, and 3 years old) love it and got to enjoy it all summer and fall. It was fairly straight forward to assemble. I tried the app guided instructions but tended to favor the paper instructions. All the parts were accounted for and nothing was damaged or defective from Backyard Discovery. I would highly recommend sorting all the hardware and wood parts out to help locate them faster. The set seems quite solid and sturdy for the kids. I felt it was fine to hold my weight as I climbed up in it for parts of the assembly. The hardest part for me was getting the anchors in the ground. I probably should have watered the area to soften up the soil. I would like to see stain recommendations as well if possible. Overall very pleased with the quality and value of the set. It has lots of fun features for the kids. They really love it too which makes me very happy.

we bought this back in April with quarantine and everything our 4 year old and 2 year old were getting bored. They absolutely love it. It did take us 3 and 1/2 days to put it together from 9am to 9pm thats just probably cause we wanted to triple.check everything. I do recommend 3 or more people building it. And the tube slide took one day to put together we put it up and take it down over and over again till it was right .

Bought this for our young kids and they already love it. From the 2 slides to the kitchen area below, they love every aspect of the slide. Yes. there were lots of pieces, but the instructions and labeling was fantastic. I did most parts by myself and then just needed a helper towards the end.

I bought this swingset for my four grandkids and they love it! I had an issue with a couple pieces and their customer service was exceptional. The tube slide was the hardest part of assembly for me but the its the kids favorite. I also bought a glider to replace the trapeze swing. The grandkids really enjoy this playset.

Though this takes quite a bit of work to put together even with 2 people, the finished product is worth the work. I would say that while the bilt app helped in some cases, it would have save me a lot of headaches to add worded descriptions to paper manual. There are so many great features that work for my five year old and others that work great for my one year old. We've even purchased some of the extra accessories to add to the fun.

The only downside so far was the amount of time for assembly. Total, it took me and my husband about 22 hours spread over 3 days. It was basically my husband building it and me reading the directions to him, so let's say it took 1.5 people 22 hours. We have two girls and they love everything about this! My youngest especially loves the kitchen, and serves up food in any weather! We've had this since May 2022 and everything has held up as expected. Happily, we have no issues to report! *picture taken before tube slide was attached, which was Day 3. Too worn out to take pictures. ;) The wood is thinner than if we would have built from scratch ourselves, but for the price, very reasonable and expected.
