We got this for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. Usually I like putting stuff together but I’m 5 months pregnant so we hired installers through Go-Configure. It took a month to get on their schedule- actually, scheduling itself was a huge pain…I had to call probably 10 times- but once it got figured out, worth the wait and worth every penny. There were SO MANY PARTS!! It would have taken my husband and I weeks, I’m convinced. She loves the playhouse so much- it entertains her for hours at a time!! It seems sturdy…the installers also told us that they think backyard discovery is the most sturdy brand (these installers do other brands too). Definitely recommend the playhouse and hiring someone to install it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it a few months now! It's a pretty great play set for our grandkids, 6,4,and 2. The only disappointment was the outdoor battery operated kitchen supplies, water gets in when it rains and now they don't work, even tried drying out and replacing batteries.

Great time for my 2 boys. We built ours on a considerable slope as you can see in the picture. We dug in and leveled landscape ties first, then built the playground on top of that. This made the project considerably more time consuming but well worth it.

This product is amazing playset for kids. Let's kids be imaginative and have hours of fun. It was difficult at times to put together but we got a system down and it works. Make sure when you inbox you keep the box contents together in the box they came with it will be easier for you if your putting it together

We live on a ranch with lots of places to play but this swing set is by FAR the favorite! We've had it up through the fall and winter and it weathered lots of kid hours and all the elements! After almost 8 months it still looks brand new! HIGHLY recommend

Bought this 2 weeks ago. It took my carpenter fiancé and his father 2 and a half days to put together. They said it was a lot of work and seemed cheaply made. Wood is not great quality. I think it looks nice but I don't think it'll last long with the quality.

We are very pleased with all of the features of this playset and have recommended these products to others. The first day we checked to make sure we had all of the pieces and that none were damaged. To our dismay one of the panels had been damaged by a forklift going through the bottom of one of the boxes. This was on a Saturday, I emailed the company and we had a new one by Tuesday. Later we discovered a problem with construction of one of the top side panels which caused a roof panel to not fit correctly. Again, I emailed customer service and they sent a new one. We found the Bilt app to be very useful in giving detailed instructions and the 3-D modeling was very helpful. Our only complaint is the amount of time it actually took to put together. The manual estimates 8 hours with two people. We had two very capable people and it took us 7.5 hours to get to the point of the picture, plus unboxing and making sure we had all of the pieces which took 1.5-2 hours itself. We lost count of the total hours we worked from start to finish but it was a lot. There were a lot of times when we said it would be nice to have a third person, especially when it came to the roof panels and the tube slide.

Bought this with my work bonus for my 2.5 year old to grow into and have something exciting at home with a new baby brother. At first she thought it was a house for him, but quickly started calling it hers! Would definitely recommend. We did hire someone to assemble for us with two little ones and glad we did.

I got this playground/swingset last year for my now 5-year-old twins. I was able to put the whole thing together with a friend in a day and a half using the 3D instructions on the app “BILT.” My kids have a blast and love having their friends over for playing and fake cookouts in the little kitchen/BBQ pit on the bottom.

My husband and I put this together over a few days, probably about 15 hours total. We got all hardware and wood pieces organized well and used the app for instructions. The most challenging part to put together was the spiral slide. The plastic blender already got moisture inside so it doesn't really work but overall glad we purchased this set and our 3 year old loves it!
