We bought two mattresses for our children, one of them took 3 day to fully inflate and the other one is going on its 6th day and still has dents that have not fully inflate yet, I will give it one more day and if it still the same I will sadly have to return it. The mattress that did inflate its a bit firm for my taste, but my daughter loves it. I tried it and even though it’s firm I felt me sinking in it just enough to give my Hip and shoulders support while turning. We are happy with it. :)

This mattress is very comfortable and just the right firmness for me. I have back and hip issues and sleep well on it. The only issue I have is with the smell or as they call it off gassing. Left it uncovered for some time but think that smell is going to be around for probably months.

Got the mattress 5 days ago as of today (1/10/21), it has still not risen to the 12” it’s supposed to be at. Currently it sits around 9” on the sides and 7” on the ends. There is also a gap between the foams on one of the ends. I emailed Zinus directly and they said to give it a week. I don’t see this correcting itself in just 2 more days. The card said it was manufactured April 2019. I will update this review in a few days with new measurements and Zinus’s response. Seems like it would be a good mattress but you’re taking a gamble on it being defective or damaged from being in a box rolled up too long.

The mattress has a smell the first week or so if you don't let it air out long enough however once you slept on this mattress for a week you will be amazed I had numbness in my arms and it's completely gone I would wake up at night every hour from the pain and now I sleep tonight through.

Five days after I opened the box and settled the matters on the bed it was only 6” when I was told to wait 72 hours to reach 12”. Also, one corner was missing a piece of the center foam, there was an empty space there. I don’t or can’t say the product is bad. What I’m expressing is that the one I received was not good.

We purchased a queen size over a month ago and was waiting until we used it for awhile before writing our review. It is a little firmer that we had thought it would be, but adjusted to the firmness quite well. We originally had concerns over it being too warm, but have not encountered a problem with it, am not sure what it will be like come summer weather. We are very pleased with this mattress and highly recommend it.

Literally took two weeks to expand after opening I was not expecting that(a miserable time). After It did finally expand it ended up being so soft and so comfortable. I really love it if you can stand the first two weeks you’ll love it!! this mattress is plush and cradles your body

I ordered the 12 inch and I have let it sit for more than 3 days. the middle is about 8 inches but the ends are only 5 inches. I honestly did not think it would happen to me. now what ? I'll let you know how the return or refund goes. im so disappointed.

I bought this mattress as moved to new place. This is not at all comfortable. I have used many memory foam mattress in past but this one is worst. Corners didn’t stretched properly. I waited long for it and dump the original packing. Now they are asking for original box for return. Totally disappointed.

We have had this queen mattress in a box for three weeks and it is a comfortable sleep. The package was delivered right into our home by FedEx making it easy to open and expand for two days prior to use. While the mattress is better than our 30 plus year old one, I’m not sure I would buy it again.
