I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and i love it. Just as good quality as the mattress that costs thousands of dollars. It’s soft but has the right firmness. I love it my kids love it when they get on it. It’s heavy to get in the house and a bit difficult to take out of the package but worth it

We bought a King sized (13" I think) Night Therapy Elite and LOVE it. Needed a queen size for spare bedroom. I went to Sams (in store) and bought a SERTA Mattress or bed in a box (it was called "In a Box") off the shelf, since we had such good luck with these new mattresses. Not thinking there would be much difference with brands. When I unboxed it, it was FOLDED and when it unfolded it left a huge crease bump down the center from head to toe. I went back and bought another, in case it was a fluke. It wasn't. Second SERTA did the same thing. You can SEE the crease in the attached pic. Now, I have TWO mattress to return and that's a big pain because now they are not vacuum sealed and hard to return. I went online and looked at the exact brand of King we had ordered and bought the queen size version of the Night Therapy ...that ROLLED out of the box. Ordered that. It arrived quickly and ROLLED out like a DREAM. It's extremely comfortable and I'm so glad I have TWO now. Our guests will thank us. It will be Night Therapy Brands for us from now on.

Very rarely does anything actually help my back stop hurting but this mattress did. It would take 20 minutes for my back to unstiffen every morning with other newer mattress. So went with this one based on reviews and yes it does improve back support. I now wake up and my pain level is so much lower. Within 5 min I feel good. Also I can sleep on my side and not feel back pain in morning. On my other mattress I would have a stiff back all day if I slept on my side. This bed feels a little firm at first but then you slowly sink in just enough.

I have never purchased a mattress without seeing it in person so I was skeptical. It arrived in a small box and I was even more skeptical. We unpacked it and I thought I had made a huge mistake. 2 different guests sleeping total of 5 nights on it so far and I am now a believer. It fully expanded within 48 hours and has had rave reviews from our guests.

This bed has completely ruined my work ethic. I used to start my work day an hour before my first client arrived, and now I hit snooze as many times as I can to stay nestled into this mattress. Our previous mattress caused me so much back pain that I was sleeping on the couch instead of in bed with my husband. With this mattress, I wake up pain free every morning. For the first week I kept finding excuses to go to bed early just so I could spend more time in bed. We're so pleased with the quality, comfort, and price that we purchases another Night Therapy Gel Infused Memory Foam mattress for our daughter's twin bed.

I tried mattresses in a mattress store and then saw this one online for a Black Friday deal. I figured for the price that I had nothing to lose and could return it if we didn’t like. Unpacked it and it blew up quickly after opening it. Waited 24 hours and it’s a great mattress. Not too firm, not too soft and my back pain has been less since I bought it. I have scoliosis and back always hurts so I need a good mattess. Bed is very cool at night unlike the 10 year old memory foam mattress that I replaced. I feel like for the $450 I paid it was a steal. This is a great mattress and every bit as good as a temperpedic or Serta that I looked at for $1800. Highly recommend.

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did! I've tried all kinds of other mattresses but still neck and hip pain with every one. I was a bit skeptical about this one as well but once I read the other reviews I though I'd give it a try. It was very easy to order, shipped to me within a week, and has taken all my stiff neck and hip pain away after just a few weeks. I will say it advertises to keep you cool with a cool gel layer but that's the only thing that I've noticed to be untrue. But it's not like you burn up either...just like any other mattress with temp in my opinion. I highly recommend this mattress!

I replaced my soft memory foam with this bed. I'm a side sleeper and was looking for something a bit firmer for back support. This bed was said to be a medium on firmness. I'm 240lbs and I would say it's firmer than I thought. It does sleep very well but I still get a bit of shoulder pain due to the side sleeping. I recommend and would buy this bed again. My husband wanted a plush mattress and I am a medium girl. My husband sleeps on all sides and I am a side sleeper. I often have shoulder pain and hip pain as a result, so I was looking for a mattress that would relieve the pressure but still be supportive. We were replacing a latex hybrid that we loved, but didn’t want to pay $2k for the new mattress. First we tried a Serta Hybrid and while it felt comfortable when you first lay on it, we both were waking with pain and discomfort even after giving it a few weeks to get used to it. Sam’s was great about letting us return it and so we decided to go with the Zinus green tea memory foam mattress. It is amazing!!! The first night we slept great and have ever since. It’s so comfortable we sometimes fall asleep mid sentence. Really, it’s that comfortable. We are both hot sleepers, but have not noticed any heat issued with this mattress after 4 weeks. I love it so much I want to replace all of the kids beds with one too. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it only expanded to 11 inches and not the full 12 inches described.

This mattress has no support and I am very disappointed with my purchase. I bought 2 mattresses from this manufacturer previously and was extremely satisfied with them. I wish I could return this one.
