im wondering if there is something is wrong with my tv. the samsung tv i owned before this i bpught 4 years ago and the picture was amazing. so clear. i've also seen other reviews that say the picture is great. mine seems dark and undefined. ive tried everything from picture choice to advanced settings. its just not good. is there a possibility its defective?

I had this TV for about 3 years shortest life of any Samsung product I've ever owned and it just died one day. Black screen tried everything I could think of to get to work again with no luck. Great quality, better picture, easy to control and the best thing that it has samsung TV. Can it get any better? It those, you can control it not only with a remote control but with you phone.

The Smart Things & Google Home connections I have make the TV even easier to use. From the dynamic color settings to the crisp sound, this is the perfect TV for essentially everything. All that's missing is a 3rd HDMI port.

this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.

We purchased this unit four weeks ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the size and quality of the picture. My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

I just click the Netflix button and no longer have to change the input on the tv first, like with my old tv. The image is very clear, sound is good, and I am overall a satisfied customer!

Game mode is nice for my PS5. I have no desire getting other TVs. This TV is my 5th Samsung TV, gave my others to family who love the TVs. Lightweight and easy to move, doesn't get hot. Connections on side very nice if hanging TV.
