Great color, very clear and great sound

Clear vivid color-accurate screen - good sound and well designed display. Software needs improvement as the apps do not respond as efficiently as Roku or Apple TV units - they're slow to launch, feels like bloatware and seem temperamental when they freeze. The remote could use a redesign to improve the ergo-dynamic feel. Included remote has an ultra-sensitive response for some buttons over others - this leads to unexpected results in normal use. I purchased this TV model over a few others and was hoping that the onboard software would be effective, but find that i'm not interested in the negative user experience- the only solution is to use a ‘stable' set of software with Roku or Apple TV

Good tv. Bright colors. But. The front is very reflective of ambient light, the speakers are terrible. Had volume on100 most of the time and the remote has a rounded back and very slippery with almost all the function buttons at the very bottom

**Review: 65" Class Crystal UHD TU7000 TV – Disappointing Performance After a Year** I purchased the 65" Class Crystal UHD TU7000 TV with high hopes, given its impressive specs and the brand's reputation. Initially, everything seemed perfect – great picture quality, decent sound, and an overall smooth viewing experience. However, after about a year of usage, my excitement quickly turned into frustration. One day, the TV just wouldn't turn on. The power indicator light flickered briefly, but the screen remained completely black. No amount of resetting, unplugging, or troubleshooting helped. I checked all the connections, tried different outlets, and even consulted the manual, but nothing worked. For a TV that's only a year old, this is incredibly disappointing. It seems that the build quality or internal components simply couldn't stand the test of time. I had expected a lot more durability for the price point. In terms of picture and sound quality, when it was working, it was quite good. But the fact that it malfunctioned so early on, without any signs of wear or heavy usage, really makes me question the reliability of this model. If you're looking for a TV that'll last more than a year, I would recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, this model fell short of expectations.

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

The TV was broken!!! We have a Samsung Tech coming out to try and fix the TV. We asked what if the Tech cannot fix it. They said we will have to take it up with Samsung. NO I brought it from Sam's and I will return it to Sam's for a replacement.
