Bought this tv in 2021, just stopped working august 2025. Big black blob takes over and spreads like a virus. Don't recommend. Now I can't watch Jeopardy.

This tv stopped working after three years. It had started responding slowly, then one day it wouldn't turn on. It just keeps blinking on and off. Nothing works.

Greta quality sound and picture for the average person. Love the interface and easy to use menus. Remote lags but only if you start using it as soon as the tv is on. Give it a few seconds then start pressing buttons Less Bluetooth around, better remote performance

Nice TV but ux lacking

Beautiful TV but user exp/interface lacking, difficult to navigate and there are certain apps that come with the TV such as the gallery but you can only use it if you have a Samsung phone. No ability to use remote control from your phone. Samsung should model Roku's interface where it's easy, clear and fast to use. No need to sign in on everything! Other than that, the tv picture is gorgeous and Samsung has some nice features such as additional TV channels.

43” TU7000 Smart 4K UHD TV

Perfect size for a small apartment. Samsung picture quality has never disappointed me. Speaker quality isn't the best, but adequate. I will be buying a sound bar to pair with this TV. This model does not support Alexa or connect to other home devices, however I believe the model above this one (the 8000 series) does iirc. So with that said not as “Smart” as I was hoping. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought this TV. I should've looked at the box closer in the store or done some more research. Because being able to turn my TV with Alexa would be great. But if you're not into that short of thing it's still a fine TV. I do like the leg stands it comes with, but mostly because unlike my last Samsung, those stands just sit in the sockets, and don't need to be fastened or clipped in. One thing I don't like is the typing. I find it clunky with the options it gives you after you type a character in. It takes a while to get used to and is a little confusing.

HATE the remote!!

You spend a lot of money on a tv and the remote has tiny buttons that you can't see and god forbid you have nails! What is wrong with the people that design these??? TV is fine.. I Can Watch my shows… unless i need to change a channel or pause a movie 🤨

Great pictures but some things needs updating

We the Quality of the picture. However for a smart TV there are some apps that we would like to add that Samsung does not provide. The remote is hard to use because the arrows are at the bottom of the remote and when trying to type in your search it's easy to accidentally hit a wrong button.

Fortunately for us unit was bad!

Nice looking unit and had great expectations. It had a fairly large corner of the screen that was black but unit had no physical damage. Sam's club didn't have any more but they refunded and issued a home pickup immediately. We were so fortunate because we went back and there was an LG with an IPS panel on sale and the picture and HDR function was night and day better... The IPS panel is worth any difference you have to pay.

Had the TV shipped as we have no way to pick it from Sam's club an hour away. Only one driver delivered so we had to help him carry it upstairs to the apartment. Got it all set up and there's no picture. Now dealing with the warranty department. Trying to get a technician to look at it. They want us to pack it up and bring it to the club. We have no way of doing that unless we rent a truck. Disappointing all around.

Drop Check Failed - Bad Service

First let me say I love the tv itself. That is of course if it wasn't damaged. My issue is with the people at Sam's. I ordered online for pickup at our local store. I saw the kid rolling the flat bed cart without a hand on the tv a I new it was going to be bad. He got to my truck and before I could say anything he hit a bump and dumped the tv into the side of my truck and on the ground. I told him he could take that one back and he disappeared for about 30 min. He came back and at least gad one hand on the tv. I should have went inside and made sure that the tv was replaced with a different one. But I didn't, and so I mounted it and payed the price. A line of dead led's right thru the middle of the screen. Almost certainly due to a tv being mishandled. Called Sam's and now I have to unmount, pack, load and return it for another.
