Needed an upgrade, so I went and looked for a Samsung TV. Got an excellent deal at a local Costco! This TV is awesome, runs perfect with clear picture. (I mainly use it for video games) The interface layout is easy to traverse with an easy setup guide.

Great second smart TV for the bedroom! Colours are vibrant and crisp. Excellent viewing experience from all angles and so easy to set up. We already have a larger Samsung smart TV in the living room and love it so when the time came to replace the old Sony Bravia dumb TV in the bedroom we went out and bought another Samsung.

Had the TV shipped as we have no way to pick it from Sam's club an hour away. Only one driver delivered so we had to help him carry it upstairs to the apartment. Got it all set up and there's no picture. Now dealing with the warranty department. Trying to get a technician to look at it. They want us to pack it up and bring it to the club. We have no way of doing that unless we rent a truck. Disappointing all around.

We love the picture and the clarity. The apps it has in it are great we use them all and enjoy quite a bit on Samsung TV. Added the Samsung sound bar and sub great sound when watching movies or sports. We are very happy with our purchase the TV we had before this was also a Samsung had it for 9 years something went wrong but got it fixed for under 250 and gave it to our granddaughter. Nice looking unit and had great expectations. It had a fairly large corner of the screen that was black but unit had no physical damage. Sam's club didn't have any more but they refunded and issued a home pickup immediately. We were so fortunate because we went back and there was an LG with an IPS panel on sale and the picture and HDR function was night and day better... The IPS panel is worth any difference you have to pay.

Actually I'm not too happy with it. First it was turning off and on for about 2 weeks, then I had sound but no picture. Now I have nothing. As of last weekend no picture and no sound. The little power light on the bottom goes on for a few seconds then off then it flickers and repeats. The tv is only 2.5 years old. Right now I'm using my Panasonic plasma which I got in 2004 and works perfectly.

For myself it took me a little bit of time to get used to the Crystal screen, at first things did not look real I was almost going to take it back but I told myself it may take a bit of time so stick with it a little longer so I say “don't give up on it, it may take some time before things look as they should.”

I ordered the 75" TV on Mar 1, 2021 and it arrived on Mar 12, 2021. I had arranged for a crew to be at my house on the 13th to hang it on the wall. In hindsight I should have set it up before having it hung on the wall. No picture! Today is Mar 26, 2021, I have paid for the TV. I still have no replacement, although I reported the problem to SAM's on-line on the 13th. I had the crew return to unhang the inop TV, but it still sits in my living room, boxed up and ready for transport. I don't know when the replacement TV is due to arrive. For my trouble and to reimburse the hanging crew, Sam's on-line agreed to credit my account 10% of the purchase price. That has yet to happen.

Crisp, vivid image, easy plug and play functionality... but wobbly feet. The image quality if fantastic, as is the size- feels like the sweet spot for most living rooms. The smart-tv functionality is great, but absolutely no Plex functionality - you have to connect your phone or other device via bluetooth to run it. Minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless. The 2 sets of feet are really wobbly. Painfully wobbly. This is the biggest downside to this otherwise great tv. Even on a very stable tv desk or furniture, your tv will move and sway with every bit of vibration in your room. If you are in a concrete floored room, you should be ok, but otherwise be aware.

Perfect size for a small apartment. Samsung picture quality has never disappointed me. Speaker quality isn't the best, but adequate. I will be buying a sound bar to pair with this TV. This model does not support Alexa or connect to other home devices, however I believe the model above this one (the 8000 series) does iirc. So with that said not as “Smart” as I was hoping. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought this TV. I should've looked at the box closer in the store or done some more research. Because being able to turn my TV with Alexa would be great. But if you're not into that short of thing it's still a fine TV. I do like the leg stands it comes with, but mostly because unlike my last Samsung, those stands just sit in the sockets, and don't need to be fastened or clipped in. One thing I don't like is the typing. I find it clunky with the options it gives you after you type a character in. It takes a while to get used to and is a little confusing.
