pros: just got this yesterday and it has great pic and a good value for the money. cons: (1)the remote was a total disappointment! its has a mind of its own and keys are way to close to each other and no back light and is a pain to use when the lights are off (2) smart tv software needs a update !!m

Another feature that was a huge benefit, Samsung TV. I cut cable and utilize Samsung's channel lineup as my go to when watching TV. The set-up is very user friendly; the settings are easy to navigate, and the remote controls is easy to manage as well. You can't go wrong by purchasing a Samsung TV. Great product at great prices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture on the TV is fantastic to me, much better than any other TV I've owned or paid attention to, apart from multi-thousand dollar models. The sound is nothing to write home about, and sometimes dialogue can be hard to understand, but no major complaints. The UI however can be very annoying and get in the way. Even with all the settings changed to make it as unintrusive as possible, it still sometimes comes up when a device is changed or the TV is powered on, and won't go away without hitting exit on the TVs remote. This is extra annoying, as I don't use the TVs remote for anything else, but have to keep it in reach. Aside from the UI annoyances, the TV is definitely worth the price, and is fantastic for movies, shows, and games.

The couple times we have moved it around we haven't had any problems with it . Movies and shows are fun to watch as they are HD and in 4k as well. It is a great addition to a living room, but if your looking to upgrade your room to a theater this is the tv to do it.

What I thought would be a "shove in a drawer" remote has turned out to be anything but! It can do it all, whether cable, streaming, or local channels, and is significantly smaller! Now my Roku remote is the one in the drawer! The Alexa feature has made me a fan, as well! My only regret is not getting the 65 instead of the 55.

Not sure I like the hook up for the cable, it's hard to tighten the cable on, would be better if it was right on the back and not at a angle. It's harder for older people to get too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 55" Crystal UHD television has everything that a home theater family needs and wants. Out of the box, the set-up is extremely easy due to the printed and online help and manuals. The easy to use universal remote is a plus in reducing the need for additional media remote devices. The pre-installed apps are great and adding new apps are incredibly easy. The TU7000 razor sharp picture is so awesome whether you are sitting a foot away or across the room. Its transparency is obvious when you are viewing the screen from a 45 degree angle and the focal clarity does not diminish. The on-screen sound setting leaves nothing to chance by allowing you tweak and adjust the audio to your perfection. This is a great investment!

great picture on this tv, however! the software is awful, layout of apps on home screen are awful and i've not yet found a way to move apps or delete apps i do not want. remote is not user friendly at all, needs backlit keys. placement of small keys which often get hit by mistake and you end up somewhere you don't want to be. they are hard to find with no backlighting. also, airplay is buggy and often won't work or hangs up. resulting it many shut downs and restarts. no chromecast to download and use that i've found. chromecast is generally more reliable on my other tv's. i'd not likely recommend this tv to anyone based on the software and remote. even though it's a great picture i'd not buy another one.

we really like this tv. the picture is great and set up was fairly easy. the only issue we have is the remote control. it was able to control our local cable box when we bought it. about a month ago, it could no longer bring up the guide from our cable provider. i am looking forward to samsung's next firmware update when they will fix this issue.
