Sound in Great for built in speakers! Apps and phone connectivity are Wonderful!!Very Very Happy with our purchase. So much so we got a 48", same series, same model, for the bedroom.Manage everything with Samsung SMART THINGS app!! The remotes on my phone, so I don't loose it anymore!!!

You press volume up and it mutes or sometimes changes channel. The second and most important issue is the App Store. I have last years model in my bedroom and I have an app that I use for movies. This TV doesn't have the app. Search and search but nowhere to found. Both Samsung's bedroom 2019 55in living room 2020 75”. I googled every solution possible but nothing

There is great picture quality for movies and tv shows as well as when gaming. For the price, I think the quality is unbeatable and it looks very sleek as well. Would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV just over a month and we're very pleased. We have it in our family room where we do most of our television watching. I like the thin bezel around the screen and the thinness of the TV itself. It fits our room perfecting without over powering. The picture is so clear and crisp. Watching movies and shows in UHD 4K is so life like, we can't believe the difference. We've been watching alot of football and it feels like we're right there at the game. The sound is excellent and we don't need to increase the volume to hear full range of sound effects. The remote is a nice size and dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime are a plus. We're enjoying the smart features and have easily added favorite apps for ourselves and the grand kids. I highly recommend this television.

i love, love, live my new television, bute i hate the remote. frequently used controls are microscopic at the bottom, and it's layout places all common controls on the lower half that rests in your hand. also, i find that most remotes have a similar layout that this one is nothing like. plan to try the samsung smart things app on my phone or find a better universal remote. that being said, i still and very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this tv is great. I'm not a gamer, I strictly use mine for television watching and streaming. It was very easy to set up, and with the cable box and internet/wifi, it took about 20 minutes. I use mine on the stand, so I can't speak to any issues with mounting. The picture is great, and the remote is easy to use. I don't have a speaker bar, but I don't need one, because the sound is good. My only minor complaint is that I wish I had more control over adjusting the brightness. The price was really good, and I trust the Samsung brand, so, based on the choices I had for cost and size, it was an easy decision to make. I would definitely recommend this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd flat TV purchase since 2006, and my first Samsung. I'm amazed to see the dramatic improvement in value for one's dollar, as well as the technology overall. It's making me feel old...but I digress. Let's get the bad out of the way first. The remote is cluttered and poorly organized, with too many shortcut keys for some functions and not enough for others. I've stumbled into the wrong screen more than a few times while just trying to change the channel or volume. The “smart” interface is also cluttered and pretty illogical. It could benefit from some bloat reduction and start menu type hierarchy, considering it doesn't need to do anything complicated. The “hub” is a fair attempt at this, but still suffers from indelible “sponsored” and “suggested” content. The interface also seems laggy, and I'm fairly sure it's not my Internet connection...sometimes I have to wait a second or two before a command is executed. Perhaps most puzzling is the glitch I encountered and was able to get around by reading a support forum- a new content app can't be successfully installed unless the TV has recently been disconnected from AC power so it can fully reset. Oh well, no big deal. Everything else is great- to my untrained eyes and ears, the picture and sound are great, and the price certainly was right. Just be sure to switch to “FILMMAKER MODE” unless you're fond of the frame smoothing effect that makes everything look like it was shot on home video. Cheers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off the Samsung is extremely thin and is almost borderless. I loved how easy it was to install and setup using the quick setup guide. The picture is pretty good and the speakers are clear and crisp. It has a fast refresh rate which makes playing video games on it a breeze. I love that it has so many apps you can download and free tv to watch. However with some many apps the tv becomes laggy while browsing. The remote is easy to use and has dedicated buttons for amazon prime and netflix. Overall for the price the performance is good and I highly recommend for a budget tv option.

Remote has Netflix, Prime and Customer Service was great when setting up. All was done through texts! TV and Price = I would buy another one if needed. Don't Second guess just buy it.

saved for 1 year to buy a new tv because we loved the samsung ui but this tv has been riddled with problems, the biggest one: the remote. old tv had a remote w/ clean & simple design (the play/pause button were the same, less buttons, the volume button clicked up & down but if you pressed the middle it muted). fantastic. new ‘universal' remote has a 1000 buttons & 90% of the time they don't work. we power the tv on & it blasts sound at us, we click vol -, the sound will not budge. also when trying to press home we'll click either the netflix or prime video short cuts on either side of home & it'll take 5 minutes to exit out & get to the app we want to use, hulu. which does not have a shortcut on the remote w/ 1000 buttons. tons of other issues as well. wish we'd gotten a roku tv.
