Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been on the fence about purchasing a tv for several months and am so glad I finally ordered this. I kept comparing every brand and model but at the end of the day, I wouldn't trade this tv in for the world now. It's crisp, so easy to use (set up was also a breeze), and the sound is impressive as is. Wrote this review cause I literally can't think of any cons.

Loved it while it worked

loved the picture, everything about it for 6 days. left the room for 30 minutes, came back and the picture was crazy! all sorts of colors all over the place and you couldn't even tell what was supposed to be on the screen. used the remote and turned the tv off. it never came on again. using a mirror, i can see the power button underneath the tv. when i click the power button on the remote, the little red light flashes. otherwise, no red light at all. i have researched and nothing i have tried has worked. called for service. by the way, the first one i had delivered had a smashed screen. it's the samsung 55-inch class crystal uhd tu-7000 series. replaced remote batteries, plugged tv directly into the outlet (verified outlet was working). tried many things other than taking the tv apart!

Vlin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve this specific issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (version 1301.5) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) - Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. - The TV will install the update and then restart. - Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has an awesome picture it is also very easy to navigate. Streaming is so easy and it loads very fast . The TV connects to other devices with ease. It's menu is not complicated and very simple to understand . It also holds and downloads many apps . I absolutely love it . I have no suggestions to make it better . I like the TV so much that I purchased a Samsung galaxy A42 phone and a galaxy watch to stay in the Samsung brand because of being so impressed with the TV. I would and do recommend this product to friends .

Decent colors but slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it as the main TV of the house. The colors are OK but would recommend opting for a slightly more expensive model. The biggest issue I had is it felt a bit slow to navigate between the various options which I assume could be due to the cheaper CPU compared with other models. Still the price is charming..

Highly recommend TU7000 Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as our main family TV in our family room. We own 4 Samsung TV's and this is by far the best one we own. Highly recommend and may not be the best samsung tv but for the price and what our family needs is one you don't want to pass up.

Great TV, glossy screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV replaces a 18 year old LG 42". Very average TV viewing, no additional equipment used with it. One issue is an annoying screen reflection due to the position/mounting in my room, that has lots of windows. Screen could have been a more matte finish. Without windows or lamps in the room, there would be no problems.

This TV has the most bang for the buck!!!

Immense versatility, you can alsouse as a monitor for your computer, It has Smart view capabilities so you can easily stream pictures and videos straight from your Samsung phone or tablet.

Not so user-friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the clarity of the picture on this TV and watching shows, movies, sports on it are great. The downside is the remote is too complicated meaning it is not user friendly. It has too many buttons and it takes time to locate the right button you want to press. Also, the platform itself on the TV to locate what you want to watch, (i.e. an app to stream live t.v), is not user friendly either. Again, takes time to simply go into something when it should be a quicker process.

Super product

Great picture

But the picture is still great and menu easy to navigate. Great choice just not fully what I wanted. You won't go wrong if you choose this one.
