Big bang for a cheap buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the colours shown in the tv. The size makes for a movie like experience especially in a small room like mine. It is ultra sharp and I can see the photos I click in extreme detail on the screen. Makes for some very good photoshop sessions. Overall love this TV

It's a television...

this television is great overall... when it's working. today the screen went dark and it's trying to turn itself off and on and the red indicator light flashes. this television is @ two years old and this is the second time with the same failure. it took 2 weeks to get home service repairs last time and it was still under warranty. hopefully, i'll be able to find my purchase receipt and it will be under warranty still. if it isn't, i won't replace it with a samsung.

Hi Dano, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Good TV for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television has been a major upgrade over the one it replaced. The picture quality is great and does not get a "pixilated" effect when showing darker colors like my old television did. Color quality in my opinion is excellent. The one complaint I do have is that the screen will start to flicker while watching a show making it necessary to switch inputs to give it a rest then switch back and continue your show. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANY HELP FOR THIS ISSUE. THE TV IS AMAZING AND THE DISPLAY IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE APPS ISSUE IS CONCRNING.

Crystal is right

Love watching anything aviation related and all kinds of sporting events. This large tv was unbelievably easy to install, push on legs and no tools whatsoever required. I am a huge fan of anything Samsung. I look forward to years of enjoyment from this purchase.

Great display for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for streaming from platforms and have xbox connected with occasional casting from my Tab S7+. All functionality are smooth. Speakers are a bit on the softer side and can be improved. Display is good, absolutely love it.

I was on the fence... but. Best Purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my TV in August and now its September and I am very glad I purchased it. I use my TV with Apple TV and Xbox gaming and its very easy to setup. All you do is input your device into the back and it automatically does the rest. Even with the samsung remote. YOU MUST LEARN YOUR OWN SETTINGS! ! That was a must for me. I watched the way other people setup their tv but it way different when you learn how to set up the color/contrast/brightness etc yourself. After a month of using I am glad I purchased it. Learn your TV setting to your surroundings.

This was a nice upgrade, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV that was almost fifteen years old was compatible with Alexa through my Firestick, and I thought this TV would be compatible automatically with Alexa without the Firestick since it is a much newer smart TV. It is almost unnecessary to have the Firestick connected, since this TV includes apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and others that can be downloaded from the app store. However, the app store for this TV does not include the Alexa app that troubleshooting sites have recommended for pairing your Alexa voice control device. The remote does not have a voice control feature either. I wish there was a way to adjust the bottom legs that hold the TV upright as well, because if they were flat, my TV would be able to fit where the old TV fit. We measured before purchasing the TV to ensure it would fit in this space, but nothing was there to warn buyers of the added inches from the legs if you are not mounting this TV to a wall. Overall for the price paid and year of the TV, I expected more features. It is a larger display that is more clear than our last model which is nice.
