[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new Samsung 55" UHD smart TV. Due to my experience with Samsung products which have been Samsung galaxy phones. The picture quality is amazing and the overall quality of the TV far surpassed my expectations. I had no issues with the pre loaded apps and it is easy to install various apps that are available for it. I am going to be getting another Samsung smart TV soon only because I want a larger size. Also the price of their TV's are not going to break the bank. I don't think I'll ever purchase another manufacturer of electronics other than Samsung. I even upgraded my Galaxy S21 ultra for the new Galaxy S22 ultra which I am very pleased with but that's another topic.

My mom bought 4 returned tvs a month or so ago, this one happened to be with the bunch. It does have a damaged screen BUT that's why it was returned so we got it for a much lower cost. The screen is progressively getting worse but I hope it lasts at least a year or two before I may just invest in a brand new one. Love the tv, the family tv we have is 10 years old, still works like a charm but changing the input to play on my playstation was mind breaking, this one however automatically does that with ease. Watching YouTube and Netflix is also really enjoyable as well. Hopefully this tv lasts as long as it can for me (once again because the screen was damaged hence a return resell at an auction and was not Samsung's fault but was the previous owners fault) I'll be sure to try and save so I can get another one as I just love this tv very much, even if it's a bit damaged. Performance is still very outstanding. (It's also the reason I even play on my playstation, my old tv is really small and far away so not so enjoyable)

It's been a long time since I've purchased a tv, so this was a huge upgrade compared to my previous one. Everything about this tv I love. The quality, the sound and the different features it has. For the price that I paid for, I would not hesitate to purchase again. The price is fair for the quality of the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV was purchased to upgrade our current Smart TV. It has not disappointed! It has great picture and sound quality. I like the easy access to apps on the TV and it makes it so we don't have to use an extra plug-in devices. We use it to access Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix all with one simple click! Setup was a breeze, plugged in our cable and connected to power and we were ready to go! TV had multiple areas for mounting hardware on the back which gave us multiple options for how and where we wanted to hang the tv. It also came with the stand if you didn't want to mount it. Great upgrade to our family room.

I love this TV its great and sleek and the quality is great. Only issue is the audio on this TV. Like some background sounds will be louder than when people talk and whenever I'm watching anything I'm constantly fidgeting with the audio because there's not a perfect setting. Maybe I should get speakers I don't know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has always been my choice in television. I have had other brands like Sony or Phillps. Samsung has an excellent picture, though I still feel it struggles with blacks or darker scenes. My television has an ambient light feature to adjust but does not help much with darker scenes. I own a few Samsungs, and I am satisfied with them, but they all struggle with sound. I have an old CRT television, and I can say I get better sound out of that. I have adjusted the sound settings, which there are not many, but to no avail. It seems that most modern televisions want you to but a soundbar or external speakers to get the best or even proper sound, instead of having a good sound to start. The television is used with Cable, Blu-Ray, and streaming services, but the voice and lighter/quieter sounds are never crisp or clear. I have to turn the captions on when I watch to make sure I did not miss anything. Even worse when there is an accent or language outside of English. Fundamentally, the picture is good but sound bad.

When I saw that my local Best Buy had a sale on this 50”, I jumped on it and have not been let down. The picture quality, sound and features are excellent. Set up was easy and for my needs, there are enough input options. I was so eager to get this TV that I didn't mind having to install a shelf in my older entertainment center to accommodate the larger size screen.
