Dumb smart TV

highly agitating! there are apps that are on the home screen that i dont want to see, deleting them is not an option. there are apps that i like to have first on the home screen, tv makes it highly difficult to move apps around, you're left wearing out the remote. there are apps such as a cbn news that are not available at all. when scrolling the home app using the remote sometimes the remote keeps going, apps you don't want. plugged a mouse into one of the usb ports, it was like i didn't do anything. went to settings to move the apps there, but the home screen had no difference. i don't like how it opens up on the samsung tv and sometimes it plays inappropriate stuff like people having sex. we bought this tv so our family could enjoy wholesome movies.

Nice overall TV not a fan of the ADS

the tv is nice and clear with a decent accurate color spectrum. gaming on it is great as well, nice fast response times. the list of apps you can get is nice even if the tizen os is a bit slow. the only thing i really don't like are the ads in the initial turn on main screen (which can be removed by blocking the correct webpages) and the default to samsung live tv in the background when turning on the tv at first.

Great product

The picture on the tv was amazing it was so clear. Using the apps on the tv was so easy and manageable. I am so hooked on the tv that u went and bought the same brand and size for the other rooms

Great picture and easy to use

Great value

The Best TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box it was absolutely easy to set up. The picture is phenomenal and unlike other TVs I've had the sound is awesome with no other peripheral devices. The apps are super easy to install and I've had no problems with streaming. Love that Samsung plus is available and has great programming. Definitely would recommend any of the Samsung line of TVs if you are in need of a new TV.

Life like picture quality and color

It has life like quality picture and color. The sound from the TV itself is sufficient for the bedroom without adding external sound. Quality product at a reasonable price.

Quality Display/Affordable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this TV as a replacement for the bedroom. It it would work just as well in a game room or living room. Immediately noticed the leveled up quality when watching movies and shows. Love the quick access to Samsung TV plus, Netflix and Prime to name a few. No problems with use. Love it.

Looks greats but has some issues.

i've had my tv for about a month now. good- picture quality is great, easy to figure out and use, wide range of apps available to download. bad -within first 3 days tv wouldnt pick up wifi signal so i had to reboot entire tv (re-sign-in to all apps) just to reconnect. hasnt happened since. -hdr constantly malfunctions while playing playstation 4 video games (picture becomes extremely sharp impossible to even see whats going on), - tv sometimes has hard time picking up hdmi signals (sometimes have to turn my cable box on and off to get the tv to pick up the signal) -randomly switches between apps when first starting up (will open youtube & quickly switch to another app before finally going to the app i selected on the control)

A recent firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 1/5/21) Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Not as Smart as I Expected

The picture is great and the TV looks beautiful in the room. I do not like how it only has 2 HDMI inputs. If I want to be able to control the volume of a external speaker I have to use one of the two HDMI inputs. Optical input I have no control and Bluetooth has terrible sound quality. The SmartThings app even have a keyboard where you can type in a search or a title. The connecting process took for ever and a call to customer support. I am fairly tech savvy and work in the pro-audio industry and it came to me just going through the connection sequence about 10 times. Apple Airplay and AppleTV app works great, but there is no replacement for having an Apple TV.
