GREAT TV

One of the features we were looking for was the disney app, our old samsung did not have. It has an amazing display, quality is great. Very happy with my purchase, would recommend this smart tv to anyone

Great value for money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Color: I may not be very tech savvy, but I do recognize a really good product when I see one. I used a prior model of the samsung tv from 2017 and I must say that this is a great upgrade. The quality of the images and color are way more vibrant and realistic.Size: the sheer size of the 75" blew my mind. I am myopic and I have always preferred watching television without my glasses on and this television allows me to do just that. Of course the great quality of color coupled with the size now make enjoying my favorite show is a pure delight.Bluetooth: I'm constantly streaming music from my tv and now to be able to connect to a bluetooth speaker gives me that option.Setup: set up was such a breeze, even without having to read the manual. One of the neatest thing though, is the universality of their remote controls. Like how cool is that? Being able to use the remote control from my older television as well as the one that came with the tv. Bravo!Service: while I have no need for tech support and I hope I won't need that for some time, but I am grateful that they for the patients they Exercise with getting my tv through a courier service from the USA to South America. For simply that, I am pleased.

Fantastic TV and price.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it has worked perfectly the whole time. I have called for technical support a few times and their staff are fantastic with solving any problems that I had. I will buy Samsung again in the future when I decide to upgrade to a bigger TV!

Best TV I've ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the bestest most phenomenal tv I've ever had. I received it as a graduation present and I knew right away it was the perfect one. I use it for everything it can be used for. The apps are perfect, the sound is amazing and it's so clear.

Excellent TV

Everything works great and the picture quality is fantastic. I only wish the TV came with more preinstalled apps or that it was easier to add apps to the Samsung TV.

What's not to like

The display is so vivid, sharp, and I feel the picture is so clear it looks better than real life sometimes. The functionality of this tv is one of my favorite things. It is straightforward and easy to use. I am a very satisfied and impressed Samsung customer and will continue to buy more of their products. I mean you just can't go wrong.

Great compatibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how easy setup was for this product. It recognized my Blu-ray as soon as i plugged it in and configured the remote for control of the player. Apple devices stream to it with no issues. Wi-Fi setup was easy and adding apps for streaming services was a breeze. All in all very pleasantly surprised and the picture quality is fantastic too.

ADs, Slow UI

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is good, but the UI is unbelievably slow and clunky. Combine that with ads on the home screen and its a major turn off. Samsung, no one in their right mind wants ads injected after spending hundreds or thousands on a TV.

First, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, which removes the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV Plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove.’ 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Next, to improve your UI speed, please ensure you are running the latest firmware. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. This product had great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first TV lasted 18 months before it stopped working. Then the second TV same model but newer one lasted 20 months, horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. So guess I won't be purchasing another Samsung TV. But they do have nice features.
