[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Samsung LED TV. I gifted my older 55" non-SMART LED to my brother-in-law and replaced it with a 55" Crystal UHD. I love the apps and features available with my new Samsung. I've owned other manufacturers models and none have impressed me more than the Samsung.

We have it for three months now and it works perfectly.You can download a lot of apps that I wasn't able to download on my previous vizio tv.Also the speakers sound great, so if you don't have a surround system it will still sound decent.The only issue I have sometimes is the connection with the vizio soundbar. I'm probably buying the Samsung bar so they work perfectly together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for daily gaming, movies, streaming, etc. I have enjoyed the picture quality and setting options available. The only downside to this device would be the limited HDMI ports but it is manageable and not a huge downside. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking to upgrade on a budget.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Images look very clear and sharp. Even from afar the images look crisp. Perfect for gaming or movies. The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. I found the size to be very versatile, it's great for either your living room or for a small room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV for the price, size, crystal clear picture, smart capabilities, easy to use and connects easily to my Samsung phone and other electronics via wifi. I do have a couple complaints though, most importantly that some smart apps occasionally do not open and I have to cycle/turn off and restart the entire TV to get the apps to work, especially Hulu and Apple plus. The other odd issue I have is that I can't ever try to update the TV! It gives me an error. It's frustrating. Also sometimes the sound just goes off and I have to restart the TV too. But that's rare.

There is only one downfall with the smart feature where when you turn the TV back on it goes to exactly what you were doing before. Ex would be watching a sporting event and then turn it off, it goes back to the same station that's not the game instead of a Home Screen, same as with playing the playstation. Great TV for the price though!

The remote even gives you easy access to connect to Samsung TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. The Samsung TV is a very nice added feature as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last few years, my family have told me to that I needed to upgrade my television. I did not really see the point. It's a TV! During the pandemic, I caved in. Because I had a Samsung phone, I decided to keep it in the family. OMG!! what a difference! I am able to view all off my apps. the clarity, the sound, the options are endless. I have had this TV for approximately 5 months and am pretty sure that there are a lot more this can do. I love that I can turn it on and off. I love that I can play my spodify even when I am not home. I have set it to go on and off at random times when I am away. And eve switch from Facebook to CNN! Love it and can't wait to get another one for my living room!

ive owned vizio, lg, sony amoung others brands. this samsung is the very best of all. i toyed between the samsung and one other brand. howver, at my office, we have samsung in the conference room as well as the employee break room. seeing how clear the picture was on those tvs aided in my decision to purchase a samsung. easy to set up and easy to locate/download apps.

Its really helpful as I only have one arm so its a joy to use. The picture is crisp and clear. Its better then the movie theater. So many opinions to enjoy.
