Great resolution, apps 2/3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has awesome resolution, the smart hub is pretty easy to use but after installing several apps and 3 months of use I needed to reset to factory defaults, apps were very slow but after the reset everything is smooth again. Overall still is a great tv for the price.

This product is overall amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to use; I really like it. The only negative thing is that it will occasionally flash when bright light is in a show, however this can be mostly fixed by changing the picture settings.

Great Picture, but that's about it

Color and view is incredible. The wireless connectivity is where this TV severely lacks. I have 3 Onn brand TVs in my house and they have 0 issues but this Samsung TV is a constant battle to keep it connected to any app. Severely disappointed considering the price and brand.

Hi SmithFamily, I'm glad you reached out to let us know about the issues you are experiencing with the connectivity on your Samsung TU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps that may resolve the problem. 1) Check the network and the status of your access point. 2) On the remote control, press the Settings button. 3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status. 4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required. 5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally. 6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer. 7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot. 8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings. 9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually. 10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK. 11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If this does not correct the issue, I also recommend trying these steps: 1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router If you continue to have issues, please know we are here to help. Samsung Crystal 7series

Love the features, quick access to all my favorite streaming apps. “Screen Mirror” function has a quick, efficient, and beautiful picture. No lag. I especially enjoy the “Game Mode”. It's very immersive plus the Samsung soundbar I got as well keeps me excited for every game. Very easy to set up with other Samsung products to enhance your viewing and gaming experience. All the experience of a movie theater with the comfort of your own home.

Quality tv

my tv broke and i had to replace it quickly. i had video calls that i would transfer my documentation on to the set. i wanted to get the same set but it was out of stock. i had samsung products before and always had good luck. i decided to puchase this model. i was surprided how easy it was to get all the settings. i love the extra channels that came with the set. the picture and sound are amazing.i am very pleased with the set. the quality of the set is equal to the higher price sets. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Great tv

the best part about this tv and all samsung tvs is the compatibility withy cell phone. its very simple to sync apps, account information, use the built in chromecast. i love that samsung has all the apps that i need. stteaming and wifi connection is spot on. sound in superior and the color is great.

For the price point a great value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice tv for the price. Good picture lots of built in apps Netflix etc. the remote is a little suspect. The pointer on the internet is not good have to one click at a time to get to where you want to go hard to maneuver

Great tv for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv has a wonder picture with bright scenes and deep blacks almost taking it feel like an oled display. I use steam link on this tv all time, playing my PC games with ease it's absolutely wonderful. They only gripe I would have with this tv is that I wish it had bluetooth to comfortably connect a mouse and keyboard. Otherwise this tv was well worth the price.

Must have! Best Overall!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung tv mostly for streaming shows and movies. It is located in my bedroom. I love how user friendly it is, the remote is easy and quick. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. The hues of color are so vivid. I feel as if I'm in my own movie theater. I love the choices of apps already included and the ease of adding more. Samsung makes the process so simple for purchasing new app subscriptions. The Samsung TV lineup offers so many choices of shows and movies. Even the internet browser is a breeze to use. I love them so much that I have a Samsung TV in 4 other rooms. I am mostly homebound so a great TV is essential. Thank you Samsung!

Brilliant Picture Easy Setup

my iast three tvs have been samsung's so i guess i ts safe to say i am a fan. this one replaced an 8 year old 55" tv whose screen began to develop bright spots. i felt it was time to upgrafe to a new and larger model to take advantage of more built in apps. the unit was very easy to set up and the picture is fantastic. one drawback that i wish samsung would fix petmanently is that the remote is not iluminated. short of that, im very happy with thus purchase and woukd highly recomnend it as the best in its oruce range.
