Good view, but the remote is annoyingly set up...

have had the tv for almost a month now and still can't seem to get thw layout of the remote down. buttons just arent located in easy to reach locations. have recently updated other tvs in the house and most of thier remotes are easier to use or intuitively located...these just arent...others in the house have had the same experience. the picture is good though and am satisfied w that. thanks!

Sound issues. Remote is lacking.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

If your TV volume is too low, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Regarding connecting your Soundbar via Bluetooth, please make sure that the TV speaker is set to the Soundbar. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. Perfect size and picture quality.

We purchased this unit four weeks ago and my wife and I are very pleased with the size and quality of the picture. My wife did not want a huge screen becoming the major focus of this 15 x 20 ft room and this turned out to be the perfect size. Set-up was very super easy and we were watching the unit before the box was out the door. I would definitely recommend this product.

Amazing TV!! Couldn't say anything negative about

advanced technology features

Its airplay is always on the top in the industry as it supports third party apps which would not interrupt when you use your phone. Other TV in the industry does have airplay features, but none of them support third party applications.

More user options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great TV for the price I paid for. My only knock on it, is the menu tab(s). It's to vague for my liking. Display is suberb, especially for gaming. It's also very light weighted for travel, for those who aren't in favor for hotel tv's. I'm very satisfied with this product.

Great color .. (after adjustments)

i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... "happy trails to you ... "

Great picture. Needs some improvement on the apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is a great tv for the picture quality and price. The only flaw I have found is the Apps section. Every once and a while, it is necessary to unplug the tv, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in in order to download new apps. I've had to do this multiple times in the few short months I've owned the unit. Other than that inconvenience, this is a great unit at a great price.

Every thing I wanted and More!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking to up grade from a 55 Samsung LED TV so when I started to research 65 in Samsung TV's. I found this model. I has everything I wanted at the price range I could afford. The crystal UHD 4K resolution screen pops with color and clarity. Xbox one games look fantastic. The smart TV functions work great and the amount of apps available have used my viewing pleasure. The universal smart remote easily works all my peripherals as well. I would highly recommend this TV.

Great picture - internet connection trick

the picture is perfect and the sound is just fine since it is set up in my son's bedroom. for some reason, 2020 models have an issue initially connecting to the internet. the router is only 30 feet away from the tv and i have other tv's double to triple the distance away from the router that had no issues connecting. a trick i learned is to initially connect the tv using your cell phone and update the tv's software. you can then connect your tv to your home internet. no issues since the tv was connected to the internet. very pleased with he purchase and so will you.
