[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a fantastic picture, even though it is only used for up to 1080p (no 4k) and the menus is pretty simple to navigate. My only complaint is with the HDMI ports. This TV replaced a six year old Samsung Plasma TV and I never had any problems with the HDMI ports on it. I have used a wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver on the plasma TV as the TV is not co-located with the cable receiver and it worked perfectly. But no matter how I tried to connect the same wireless HDMI receiver/transmitter to this model, it just wouldn't work. I googled the problem and tried all of the so-called fixes but none of them worked either. So I contacted the support folks and explained this to them and all they said was that the HDMI ports weren't designed to work with wireless connections. So, now I have a 25' HDMI cable running from the cable receiver to the TV, which is less than ideal. I have ready many online posts that attribute this problem, and others, to the Tizen chipset used in this line of TV products but I'm no expert and have no idea if that is the root of the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the image quality, the Bluetooth connectivity, and the sound. What it was disappointed to me was the apps. There many missing apps like Peacock, CC, and some sport ones. I'm not sure if that depends of Samsung or externals companies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV! Great color and everything is crystal clear. The UHD 4K really shows. Set it up in my bedroom and its the perfect size. Didn't have an issues setting this TV up. Smart TV functions are easy to access and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great on my TV but if you are going to Download and watch channels on your TV instead of using a Roku, buy a different TV. Some channels stop in the middle of the show and exit out of the channel entirely. Then when you go back into the channel, it refuses to play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace my Sony Bravia, and I am so happy I did. The picture quality on this TV is unreal. It has made movies and shows that I watched on my old TV look WAY better. I would highly recommend.

I purchased a Samsung sound bar to enhance the tv sound but the tv sound alone is just fine. My daughter purchased the 50 inch and I plan to get one for the guest bedroom.

i did not give it all 5 stars because trying to use the smart tv function through connection to the internet makes it complicated and slow to access what is far easier to watch by connecting it by hdmi to a laptop. just use one hdmi for the laptop and one hdmi for a video disc player, and the internal tuner built into the tv by connecting it to an over the air tv antenna on a tower and you will have everything you need. do not connect it to your internet account because it is hard to get rid of the mess it makes out of turning it on to watch a tv show or to choose an hdmi. keep it simple and leave these extras out of your installation for the best picture you can find anywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recommended this TV and so I bought it with the primary intent to use it for gaming and watching shows via streaming. One of my favorite features about the TV is the dedicated gaming mode. It makes games smooth and clear. Another feature that I like is the ability to turn on my gaming console by simply pressing the Power button on the remote. The quality of the picture when watching movies or shows are also great. The TV has various apps that you can download and has numerous settings that you can change to personalize it the way you want. The only downside to it is that there are only two HDMI ports, so you may need to buy a HDMI splitter or just plug in and unplug other HDMI cords if you have multiple devices. Overall it's a good TV for gaming and watching movies with a minor downside of having only two HDMI ports while also being budget friendly.

My purchase was not a regret, and i will now make sure any tv i have to buy in the future will be a samsung. customer service is great as well, very helpful and thorough.
