This product is overall amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is easy to use; I really like it. The only negative thing is that it will occasionally flash when bright light is in a show, however this can be mostly fixed by changing the picture settings.

Simple to Set Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has all the basic Smart TV features with the clarity of 4K UHD. Was very easy to set up. All the apps for our streaming services were installed OR available in the Samsung store for free. We upgraded from a 40 inch class Samsung 1080p and the difference in clarity was very evident even on non 4k streams.

The size and picture is Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really glad I purchased the Samsung 64inch crystal tv, I love the feature, the colors are bright and vibrant, the size is great, I also like the apps that came with it, and that I am able to download additional apps, when I am watching his Samsung TV, 65 Inc, feels like I am in a movie theater.

Great screen quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the television, it has perfect picture quality. There's many apps to download and comes with preset apps. Netflix and Amazon prime are the top apps we use and the remote it comes with have those apps preset into the remote for easy access.

Perfect Size and Great Resolution for Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it came time to replace my flat screen tv that I use for gaming, I have intrigued by this Samsung 58” unit. I currently have a 65” Samsung as my main tv and love it! I knew this 58” would be just as great! And it was! The picture is crisp and clear, the sound is awesome and the gameplay looks real. I love the fact that you can use the Samsung app on your phone as a remote control. If I had to do it again, I would buy this tv again, no questions asked. Love it!

Great TV for a great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically use my TV for gaming and streaming. I have an Xbox Series X and wanted a TV that could take advantage of the consoles 4k capabilities. The Crystal series is great, especially for the price. Colors are vivid and the sound is ok, not the greatest but not terrible either. If you're looking for a good TV but don't want to shell out thousands, it's a good starter TV and is perfectly capable if you're gaming.

Crystal Clear Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung 65" TV I will start with the pros. The tv has an ultra sleek design and is light weight. The installation was extremely easy. It fit on our fireplace mantel like it was made to go there. The picture is crystal clear and I love the legs. The sound is incredible. I have always used Samsung phones but had never tried any of their other products but they outdid themselves. The features are amazing. The Samsung TV Plus had all kinds of programming. You can easily access your gallery, Netflix, Amazon and many more. This is by far the best TV that I have ever owned. It is a great buy and I would recommend it to everyone. Now for the cons, there is just one. With my cable company, I have to use 2 remote controls. There may be a way to do it all with one but I haven't figured it out yet. Great buy. I would like to thank my wife and The Insiders for this awesome TV.

Tv is good but HDR...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is really good. Colors, brightness, resolutions works really good. 4K upscaling is works like a charm. Sounds are pretty good too. e-Arc supports so if you connect an external speakers for Dolby Atmos, you are good with this tv. The only issue is when it's playing HDR contents. Brighter images are brighter and punchy but darker image are too dark and brightness in HDR reduces overall.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can manually select Minimum Brightness to adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. Software issues

i was so excited to upgrade my tv from an older samsung 55 inch to this new 65 inch uhd model. it works well and the picture is great and it even plays disney plus as the old one did not. however, everyday i have to reset the network settings and then reenter my wifi password or none of the smart hib apps will connect. for some reason it loses the connection to wifi and forgets the password. i try reconnecting butnitnwont until i do a network settings reset. so frustrating.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Review of Samsung 43" 7 Series 4k HUD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 43" 7 Series 4K UHD - Smart - LED with HDR would appear to be a well designed product. The picture is clear and the optional customer modifications permitted are also well designed and give the viewer a variety of customization capability. Samsung uses well developed technologies that have grown from previous experience and utilizes the best designs in its newer units. The one issue, if you can call it that, is the "tininess" of the sound, which is to be expected from its smaller units, but the sound could be markedly improved with external speakers of a soundbar as a "fix" if this becomes an issue for someone looking for more bass and low frequency amplification.Overall, I rate this TV as an excellent product which provides typical Samsung quality and performance.
