[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV for our church to replace an ancient old Plasma TV. What a difference. The colors are so much more vivid, the picture sharper, the sound better, and the larger size makes viewing for our group events so much better. All these things together make it easier for everyone to see and enjoy our church TV education events, which are mostly DVD presentations, zoom meetings, and other live broadcasts. We love it! It's a great TV.

we purchased a samsung as they are the only tvs to which you can download the spectrum tv app without utilizing a separate streaming device such as a roku. the app works poorly on the tv as it freezes up 2-3 times per hour. i blame the tv because the spectrum app works flawlessly on all of our other tvs where we have a roku. other apps that we've installed also work poorly. the pre-installed apps seem to work better. the interface is also more confusing to navigate than our other tvs. i don't think i'll be buying a samsung tv again any time soon. price was good but i guess you get what you pay for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Crystal UHD 4k tv has such brightness and sharpness to its image. I'm amazed! Pictures don't do this tv justice. It has good speakers too. The sound is loud enough and very clear. Comes with control and batteries. I love that it's already a smart tv, so you don't need any extra equipment to be able to watch your favorite apps. It was also very easy to set up. Pretty much self explanatory. Just plugged it in, guided me through connecting to wifi and that was pretty much it. It took less than 5min. Overall, I'm super happy with my smart tv.

Everything jumps off the screen, vivid colors with no lagging or pixelization. Samsung Smart View with my Galaxy phone integrates so well for things that must be shared from a cell phone. Most of the streaming service apps are available for download in the built in app store on the TV. It's far surpassed my expectations.

The quality is the best! The picture is so clear you can see every little detail. Apps are easy to install and you have added features to make it go above and beyond the call of duty! I've always been a Samsung fan because they deliver consistent performance. 2nd TV I've bought in this line and I have not regretted either purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love this television as it's a severe improvement from my previous T.V. (2016 K-Series) which has become largely unsupported overall. The only major issue I have is connectivity regardless of method (neither wireless or wired via a shiny new Cat8 cable) being intermittently choppy and often freezing the T.V. only to be fixed by a power cycle &/or network reset.... both are a pain when you have growingly impatient toddlers!
