i bought this tv as a replacement for a vizio 58 inch. it's mounted on the wall and i love the picture, sound, and samsung app channels. it was easy to program and link with the cable box. it does require the hmdi cable box. i feel like i'm at the movies!

i have only had it a couple hours but everything installs so well and the picture and sound are wonderful. the system links to so many other devices. all of it works flawlessly and i am an older man doing all this alone. so easy!!! i do wish there were a couple more hdmi links but i can work around that.

Sound is great and picture is crystal clear. The price made this tv even better. Highly, highly recommend!

The only part of am not fond of is that we a movie is showing a panoramic view of countryside, it looks likes it warped. I use the tv for watching movies and shows. I do not do gaming or the like. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I had to exchange my first purchase of this model as the HDMI #1 port stopped working after 2 weeks. The TV stopped recognizing my cable tv input. The replacement seems to be working well thus far. Set has a good picture, decent features and remote. Interface is okay. The sound is only okay, but most TVs now need a soundbar bar for truly good sound. Overall, a good TV, from very reliable maker (Samsung), at an excellent price.

I have a separate surround sound system for the audio. Overall this has been a great TV and I'm satisfied with it for what it is - it is not a comparison with the higher end TVs, but I believe it to be a wonderful choice in its category of features, size, specs. The two minor complaintsI have are 1) the menu feels very slow in its responsiveness. I have a separate LG TV in another room and it's OS/menu is very fast and responsive. The second issue I have is that the remote itself is a bit clunky. Perhaps it's also due to the slow menus, but it makes me also dislike the remote. Again overall I'm very satisfied with the TV and would recommend it to someone looking for a great value option.

And sometimes the TV reset by itself deleting all the data of some apps and passwords and this is no exactly a problem for us cause since we have samsung all over the house and in phones we can have the info we need right away. But after that the TV works so well for over a year.
