Disappointed
i got the samsung because i was expecting a higher quality experience. after having roku and google operating systems on other devices, the samsung proprietary system was a disappointment. several of our most used apps were not available for samsung, and some of the most used functionality like skipping forward and back with one button weren't there. ended up taking it back and getting a tv with a roku system.

Great all around television
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TU7000 is the perfect fit for whatever you like to do. Connectivity is a breeze no matter if your adding one of Samsungs amazing soundbars or your favorite plug and play device. Just plug it in and the televisions remote automatically let's you control it. The viewing experience is second to none even with your favorite gaming system hooked up. The TU7000 is definitely a purchase you won't regret making.
Good Quality for the Price
overall, we are happy with our samsung tv. it makes viewing much more pleasant and dynamic than our previous 10 year old tv. the color and crispness of the picture are excellent. the sound is good, but we are considering buying external speakers to give us an even better experience. our greatest complaint would be side viewing picture quality. resolution begins to fade immediately as you move left or right.

Superb 43” television
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went shopping at a local big box store for an affordable 43” television, and there were cheaper brands, but I wanted Samsung reliability, IHD and 1080p image quality, so I went with this television. It's image quality, sharpness, color and speed is the best I have ever had - and then to include the Samsung TV network was icing on the cake. I have a 65” from a major manufacturer that cost 5x what this television cost, and I haven't watched it since this purchase. I am now a true believer in Samsung.
Crystal UHD 65"

Since my purchase I have had the best picture for movies or video games. The sound is good enough I don't need to add a sound bar in my living room. I will only purchase Samsung televisions to replace my other ones since they have shown consistency with their quality.
Picture quality is good, but some issues.

Had to switch to ethernet cable to get reliable connectivity. Outside of that the picture quality is pretty good.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test. 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. This tv has easy controls, and a great picture.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung crystal tv has an amazing clear picture. My last 4k tv is smaller but the picture is not as crisp. This defied my expectations,the smaller the screen tighter the pixels, crisper the picture, not so in the case of this tv. I have enjoyed this tv for more than a month, it has broadened my entertainment choices, and it is easy to use.
Shadowy rings at bottom of screen
features, color and motion are great. brightness is fine. screen quality is not. it started with shadowy rings at the bottom of the screen, almost like half a bullseye. at first i only noticed them when screen was filled with one color. now i notice it most of the time. really annoying when watching sports. if that's your thing, look elsewhere.

What a TV! This unit looks and sounds GREAT!!

I had another TV from a different manufacturer and it had a bad power supply less than 2 years after purchase. I bought this TV thinking it would be an intermediate TV until I could get the other one fixed...but after using this one, I won't be going back! The image is clear and the refresh rate is perfect! The menu is not as fast as I would like...lagging occasionally when using it. But, definitely not a deal breaker. The unit is not too heavy and mounts nicely on the wall with the brace I had for it. The sleek design looks awesome when it's retracted and against the wall fully.
