Quality picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting this Samsung 43'class TU7000 crystal UHD 4k smart tv compared to my old tv the picture quality is much better it crisp more clearer the pictures come to life the sound is better and not muffled don't have to turn up loud to hear I love the remote it is easy to use and see

Great TV for a great price

I have one year of having purchased it and 0 problems at all! It's easy to set up and a very comfortable TV to have in your bedroom or living room. Great for movie nights with friends!

Great TV just too fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this TV. Very clear picture and fast loading times. Very rarely had a problem with it. Occasionally, it would disconnect from the internet when turned off and I had to just reset the network settings. It also is super fragile. I moved recently and handled with care and carried it upright in a box, but when I plugged it in in my new place the whole middle part of the screen was blacked out.

Great Television

Great picture and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quick streaming buttons. I wish you could customize them. Unfortunately the voice recognition does not work. Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

Samsung Smart TVs let you sync with Google Home, allowing you the convenience of using voice commands for certain functionalities, such as power on/off, volume up/down, channel change, input source change, and playback control. Here is a step-by-step guide for syncing with Google Home: 1) Make sure you have the SmartThings app on your mobile device. Add your TV device to the SmartThings app. 2) Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app. 3) Select the Add button. On the next screen, select Set Up Device. 4) Press on the text under the title Works with Google. Here you will see a list of accounts. Scroll down until you see SmartThings and select it or search SmartThings by pressing the search icon in the top right-hand corner. 5) Once you have selected SmartThings, press the “Sign in with Samsung Account”’ and use the same Samsung Account you used to sign in on the SmartThings app on your mobile. 6) The TV will be added automatically. Please also make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. Color distorsion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great in definition and colors, however, we experienced color issues many times a week. A red colored texture appear and mix with image. We have to turn the TV off and unplug it to make the issue go. It's really annoying for a TV of that size/price (still under warranty though).

maclaurin: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry for the color glitch issue you encountered. Please check that your TV has the latest firmware update, which should resolve your issue. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. - Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now - Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on. If your TV is not connected to the internet, follow these steps to update the firmware. - You can find the update (ver 1401.7) at: samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/crystal-uhd-tvs-tu7000-2020 - Extract the firmware to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) - Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. - The TV will install the update and then restart. - Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button on your remote until the TV turns off and back on. This product is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is my second Samsung and it is amazing. It was extremely easy to set up. It picked up on my firestick, my new Blu-ray player immediately and I didn't have to put in endless codes to make anything connect. I no longer have cable TV and rely on the internet to watch TV. The TV station guide has many enjoyable stations and even includes weather and news channels. Overall I think this TV was a perfect purchase for me. Not overly expensive and the quality is there. Love My Samsung TV

I Love being able to link my phone and tv's together and being able to watch what is on my phone on my tv's. The picture quality and sound are the best I have seen. Would not trade them for any other tv out there.

Great features

Love the fact that it detects our S22 ultras seamlessly & also connects to Bluetooth earbuds/headphones so you don't bother anyone else with loud noises. Looking to buy another 1 or even 2.

Great product one issue
