Everything works great and the picture quality is fantastic. I only wish the TV came with more preinstalled apps or that it was easier to add apps to the Samsung TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is used in a personal office space. It offers great picture quality and sound is decent without an attached sound system. It is the perfect size for smaller spaces and is proportional for a 14x10 sq. ft. office. I also have a Samsung computer monitor in the same office, and it is unfortunate that when I use either remote, it affects both components! I typically have to unplug the one I am not using to solve this problem. When I attach an HDMI cable to my laptop for screen sharing, the functionality is just fine, but when I try to connect wirelessly, I experience diminished performance that is not user friendly or helpful when presenting information to clients. I don't have this issue with other televisions I have connected with throughout my office complex.

I'm use to owning Sony tvs and this Samsung packs more added value and convenience than any of my Sony models. Constant updates and new features added and perfect if you have someone in your household who games.

And now samsung is providing free samsung plus tv which provides user various movies, shows, news, sports to watch. Giving all variety of content. The only issue I am facing right now is with 5g connectivity. Recently I had 5G AT&T network , sometimes TV don't connect it, I have to reboot it by pressing power button of remote. After that it connects successfully. Overall I am very happy with the TV. I love it. I am using samsung product in all my life, I have trust in samsung. I have samsung 4k tv then I have UhD, I have samsung sound bar. Even all my mobiles are and were samsung only. I have initially samsung flip phone, samsung galaxy s6, galaxy 9, note 10 plus. Now my wife and me having samsung A700 and note 20 ultra plus. Overall I have trust it and love samung products.

I also have my Alexis integrated to enable streaming and showing music which I'm listening to. I've measured for my soon to be addition of the newest Samsung 65" or 70" TV. It's definitely value for money as I got all features which I was looking for e.g. Size, pixel ratio, latest processor, easy to use Apps, connectivity with Google, game display .. It was so easy to install using my S21 phone . I had sound bar for old TV,which is no more required with its excellent audio output. Overall, I am very happy that I bought this product and didn't go for cheaper competitors product.
