[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for a spare living room and while it was much cheaper than the broken (our fault) 2017 65” Q7F it replaced, it's picture quality is pretty good in comparison. The clarity surprised me. Surely, it's not going to be at the top of any lists, but it's not the worst I've seen. The only thing that actually frustrates me is the Tizen OS. When it's actually working, it's finicky and simple tasks like navigating through the SmartHub can take several seconds. Luckily, that can be fixed with an external smart device. I'd purchase another for a spare room, but I wouldn't buy one as a primary set. I love our 2020 85” Q80T for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have Samsung products including phones, TVs, appliances and smart home devices and the Samsung smart TV works with our existing setup using smarthome to control the majority of smart devices. The down side of this TV is that it doesn't have a lot of memory and I feel that it lags or slows down quite a bit to where it takes 3 or 3 seconds before registering control input. It should do a better job of freeing up RAM. It also looses internet connectivity on occasion. Im not a fan of the hub and having to see adds on the hub. Colors are good and I can tunr it to the cooler tones that I prefer. Sound from TV speaker is okay but not great. It lacks any real bass tones when only using the TV speaker which is why buying a soundbar and subwoofer is needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart TV is picture perfect; the picture is clear, the colors are sharp and the sound is not muffled, but in stereo. It was also easy setting up the TV following the instructions provided in the manual both for internet and cable streaming connections. The instructions on the use and functionality of the remote were very helpful as well when operating the TV. As one knows, not all remotes are the same. The TV fits beautifully in my bedroom, although at first I thought the 43" would be too big, but turns out the size is just right! Thank you Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture for the price of this TV. It switches between apps fairly quickly and responds easily to commands from the remote. The sound leaves a lot to be desired if you're trying to watch a movie.

I love the new remote but it does take time to get used to. The one down side is that my old Samsung sound bar will not connect to my new TV via bluetooth hence the 4 star rating.

Good picture, below average sound, terribly slow. Processor and/or software is so slow you think it's not working. Getting in and out of streaming apps, and navigating around them is painfully slow. Other than that, not bad. Once you start watching, it's fine.

pandora often needs a restart after extended listening, the 'still listening?' button alone doesn't get it. pandora also plays same song twice frequently, which has never happened to me on any other device. had to factory reset after one week because no apps would work, tv just kept jumping back to hdmi input when i tried to run any app. hoping it gets better, the pandora problems are livable, but the factory reset is a terrible nuisance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4k crystals really make my gaming experience so much more enjoyable. The clarity of the games is so clean. There is no blur when the movements in the game go fast. And that also goes for movies. So overall I'm very happy with the purchase.
