I have been a Samsung product user for a number of different devices over the years. Since I have chosen and purchased other Samsung products before, I have not ever been disappointed with my choice. After purchasing and getting my new Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV home, I didn't hesitate a second before taking it out of the box. At first glance, you know you have chosen a state of the art, high quality piece of technology. The setup was a piece of cake! In no time, we were enjoying a whole new dynamic viewing experience. The picture is so real, it's like being there in person. If it is features that turns you on, I am still finding new ways to do things like I never thought were possible to be done via TV before. You will definitely wonder how did they make a product so awesome as this!

I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV especially if you own other Samsung devices. I love how easy it is to connect my Galaxy note 20 phone right to my TV screen. Even easier now with the tap feature where the TV automatically connects my phone. It's fast switching between my streaming apps, it can handle anything you throw at it between Samsung Dex, screen share, or just regular tv streaming. Would definitely recommend.

It's very lightweight and extremely thin which makes the setup quick and wall mounting feel very secure, even if you skip out on purchasing a top of the line wall-mount and settle for a more budget friendly version. The interface is very intuitive and made setting up my video game consoles, surround sound system, and cable box very easy; and switching between them is easier then ever before since the TV can power on those accessories by itself so you don't need to turn them on separately. Unlike my previous TV, the apps load quickly and stream without crashing or interference even after using it for extended periods of time, and there is no little to no lag when navigating menus or using the built-in TV guide to select what to watch. I love the TV's functionality with the the Samsung Smart Things app as well as digital assistants like Alexa, Google Home, or Bixby is extremely useful. With the newly included ambiance mode, this TV has become the centerpiece of our living room and my family has enjoyed many nights around it together watching our favorite programming. All in all, an 10/10 TV that I would (and have) absolutely recommend to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to buy again for myself.

i have to say i'm very disappointed with this purchase. i'm a samsung gal, tv's, cell phones , & watches. i've never had an issue with samsung until this purchase. we have our tv mounted on a wall bracket that meets the size & weight requirements for this unit. properly installed & fastened. within the first six months of our purchase the remote stopped working. six months after that the screen literally came off the tv. we were lucky enough that it didn't hurt anyone, which is the only reason why i'm writing this review. i don't recommend this tv to anyone, specially to those with small children or pets. the incident was reported to samsung they came out & repaired the unit but there is no peace of mind. same tv with a new screen but no guarantee that it'll never happen again.

2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far loving this TV if I had to say one thing that I am not crazy about is the remote it seems very sluggish and not very user friendly. I bought this TV since it streamed Spectrum TV something my LG does not do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV on many channels is to dark and difficult to see....settings do not improve this, remote is inadequate and poorly designed and difficult to instigate.....often have to turn TV off for a while to get it to respond a bit better

The graphics on games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, and Dark Souls are amazing. All of my favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime are available and Samsung provides their tv at no cost. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their media experience.
