Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have enjoyed my tv so far, it was easy to set up and looks great in my living room. There are a lot of apps, though I think the interface can be slightly glitchy at times. The image is great. I'm happy with my purchase, especially the value for the price.

More then just a big screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased because previous Smart TV's screen faded out. Wow, what a difference. The picture quality is phenomenal. Setting up was very easy. After hooking up my other devices, the functionality was that much easier to navigate. Once connected with the wireless service, I was amazed with all that I could do with it. Really happy with this purchase. 5 Stars all the way.

Not happy

Got this tv in mid December 2022 and I'm not really happy with it. I had a 65” Amazon fire tv Omni Series before this one and the fire tv beats this tv all day long. I purchased the fire tv in the summer and I was having some blurry issues with it. I thought it was the tv since it wasn't a well none tv like lg or Samsung so I purchased this Samsung tu7000. Once I got the Samsung hooked up, it was having the same issues as the fire tv so it must be shows or the internet or something. I find the picture on this new Samsung really dark. I have it set to standard but it's just really dark, and if I put it on dynamic, it's to bright and I find it glares sometime. My other Samsung tvs are way brighter on the standard mode, not sure why this tu7000 is so dark. The sound isn't as good as my other samsung tvs either, which is disappointing but it's a lot better than the fire tv. The fire tv was a lot easier to use with Alexa. I purchased the tu7000 because it said it worked with Alexa, But the remote didn't have a voice button. So I'm not exactly sure what works with Alexa means. I purchased an Amazon echo dot and tried to hook it up to the tv but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm going to call in and see if I can get some help with that. But overall, yes I'm disappointed in this tv. And I'm very disappointed if I can't get Alexa to work to change the volume, turn tv off and on, change apps, pause, rewind etc.

Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the image settings to your taste with additional functions. Additionally, there are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode. You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. Regarding Alexa, the TU7000 TV will work with a stand-alone Alexa device, but it does not have one built in. I hope this helps you enjoy your experience. Great price

I was able to cancel my tv subscription which basically paid for the tv in the first 6 mths of owning it.

Flicker Issue

i purchased 50" tv tu7000 before 2 month and only after 10 days it started flickering a lot i complained to samsung service center and after 1.5 month i got a replacement with new 58" tv same model.(i paid extra 35 kd) and again the replaced model also after 10 days having same flickering issue. disappointed with this product. horrible i usually like samsung products

Anonymous: Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. When the tested image quality is normal, check the signal of the connected device. Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test I hope this helps. Excellent T.V. with loads of features

I purchased this t.v. for my wife's exercise room and she was very happy with the voice command remote and the Chrystal clear picture. Internet access is extremely easy and nice.

Excellent Sound/Picture

Great TV !

To my understanding there are higher levels of picture quality out there but for the price we paid , this tv has delivered without any disappointments! Would definitely purchase again or recommend this Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV.

Amazing TV with high quality details

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my living room and I gotta say it has been wonderful. I use it to watch my favorite shows and movies and being able to see them in such high definition makes it just much better. Not to mention, this TV really improves on darker scenes that show up still enhancing the quality of the show. Now let's talk about the gaming aspect that it features, see we have a next gen console which truly thrives with a TV such as this one. Having it instantly switch to gaming mode when the console turns on and also being able to play games with a high fps and still maintaining its 4k details, truly makes the games feel more immersive. When I say this TV is great, I mean it.
