Hardly any lag occurs and there is always a consistent high definition picture to back it up. Volume works tremendously as well. I've owned it for about 2 years now and I have yet to have any issue with it.

I have had no issues and the TV works better than expected. I'm a big fan of the various settings that you can play with to get your preferred viewing experience. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality is outstanding in my opinion. Even though I am using rabbit ears for the antenna, everything comes in so clear and good. Since its a smart TV we also use other streaming features which has outstanding quality. The remote and other features are pretty easy to use and kind of fun. The only downside unfortunately is watching some Disney ➕ movies which come in dark. But in a dark room, its manageable. I decided to down grade the size of my tv from another brand that was 55" to this 50" because of the picture quality and ease of use of the television and the remote. Absolute love Samsung and all of its products

I'm rather disappointed in this Samsung model. I researched for months and thought this was exactly what I was looking for; but the screen is dark and colors do not pop at all like advertised. Others have commented about the same thing while watching my tv. Ironically, I got rid of my last tv because it had become so pixelated in dark scenes that I could not see anything. I was really looking forward to bright, crisp colors. I have also had a few incidents where the audio and video did not match up.

I debated between Crystal UHD and the QLED but really couldn't afford the price of the QLED, but so satisfied with the UHD.

The tv is lightweight. I Love the sound, the picture quality is absolutely phenomenal! So crisp!everything is easily adjustable. I love the built in apps makes it easy for her to watch tv. Great tv!

This TV does not disappoint. Also, love having all the extra Samsung channels already loaded. Adding our favorite apps was quick and easy. Love being able to always find something great to watch. I decided on the 82” mainly for sports viewing of course! It was an easy choice because I already have 4 other Samsung TV's in the house. Samsung has always delivered on quality for me. The 82” is in your face when watching sports and that is what I was looking for! I wanted to feel like I was at the game and that's what I get out of this TV! Thanks Samsung!!!
