Great Tv, software is ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv quality is awesome and things look great. The only issue is the software seems clunky and slow compared to other smart tvs I used. It is frustrating to open an app when there is lag between the remote and the tv. Great picture though!

Great TV

this is our 5th samsung tv and happy with this one to! we did have to do a youtube search on why we couldn't get our internet to stay connected so just did the factory reset and working like a charm. will have to buy a sound bar as the location we have this one the sound is not as good as what we would like it to be.

Audio Guidance works well

I'm a blind user and with my Samsung TV I am now able to use my TV with minimal help due to the Audio Guidance and Alexa. One thing I wish the remote had is a 30 second time jump button rather than needing to locate the screen time jump which takes quite a bit of navigation.

Limited External Audio connection

i am so disappointed with this tv, purchased a tv without noticing the limitations for hooking up an external audio component. i broke my old tv (a sony) that connected to my home audio system. ran out and bought a samsung thinking it would be better only to get home and not be able to connect it to my audio system. even went out and purchased converters that are not working.

Love my 75" TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv used for viewing in the evenings. 2 years in and it's working fantastic still. Image is great, 75" is plenty. Only reason I'd upgrade (in a few years) is to get the newest technology. Will stick with Samsung.

Samsung tv

Nothing but aggravation

The picture is great when it works but I've spent almost as much time resetting and rebooting this TV as I have watching it. I've had my cable box, YouTube and my iPhone screen mirroring all freeze. I've owned the TV for a week and I've had to reset it every single day so far, some days more than once. I've used the self-diagnose tool to check the HDMI cable - it says it's fine. I've quit using wifi and hard-wired my TV to my router. I've used the “device care” tool, it says there are no problems. I've done the SmartHub connection test, I've reset the SmartHub and I've unplugged the TV half a dozen times. It still keeps freezing! All I want is to be able to press a button and watch TV. I've actually sat down with a plate of dinner and finished my meal before the TV started working. This is the first Samsung product I've ever owned and they aren't making a very good first impression. Seriously thinking about returning it to the store and seeing if I have any more luck with Sony or LG.

Perfect 2nd TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV to put in kids rec room for gaming and movies. Has everything needed for easy hook up and ease of use. Only drawback i found is that there is no component video input, but then I needed to update to blu-ray anyways!

I love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is love , this is by far the best tv I ever purchased. This TV has it all. It has a fast crystal processor and has fantastic LED lighting The image is colorful and crisp and it's so vivid and elegant You can see it easily from any angle with no problems whatsoever. It's really easy to assemble right out of the box for whatever style suits your needs. You can wall mount it or stand it up with the included stands. It has 2 HDMI inputs so you can hookup your favorite device. I'm using this TV mainly for gaming and I have not been disappointed. It's got a great feature called game mode that enables once you power on your game console of choice. You get smooth running 120 hertz motion technology while this mode is on so you don't get horrible input lag while your getting your best game on. Another thing I want to mention is how clear and loud the sound is on this TV. I only clicked the volume button a few times and the sound filled the entire room. I can only imagine how cool the sound is paired with a Samsung soundbar which I plan to get as soon as my budget allows it. If you want a great TV that's not going to break the bank definitely pick this up you won't regret it. Samsung makes great quality products and it shows.

Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is great BUT the instructions STINK! It took me 4 dats to get my cable tv. The manual is lacking an index to procedures making it very difficult to find answers. I very close to returning the TV. I still can't figure out if my MIRACLE-EAR Bluetooth hearing aids will connect or not. How do I find out?I have never had a more frustrating device!
