i was very excited to get a new tv & usually have great luck with samsung as a brand. that was not the case this time. i tried changing every setting as far as the clarity & picture went. the quality was very subpar & was definitely noticeable to guests. when i called the appliance company i purchased from, they stated theyve had numerous returns and complaints with samsung lately. it gets a 2 star rating at least, for ease of the program & user friendly.

I have 3 of them, 2 older ones and a new 65” that I bought 2 years ago when we moved into a larger home. The new one has the same great picture that I've come to love over the last few years but its processor (?) struggles when I turn it on. It can take as long as 2-5 minutes to open whatever channel (app) I select. I do steam everything but have lightning fast fiber internet. I'm sure the internet is not the problem because the older sets work just fine. I wish I would have had the finances to buy one of your QLED series when I made my purchase, I can only imagine how great it would be to watch sports with one!

I have also streamed directly from my Galaxy phone with excellent results. The operating system "TIZEN" runs smoothly and has a self-diagnostic feature to assist if needed. This is an great TV is this price range and the warranty in my opinion is one of the best on the market.

we lovevthe tv. great picture and samsung tv is very convenient. the only reason i fidnt give 5 stars is because the sound is terrible. no depth and sound tinny. i bought a bose soundbar to have good sound. my previous samsung lcd had a great doubdbar built into it.

The gaming is amazing , keep up with the frame rate with no lag , and just looks great! Also the interface is so easy to use , not complicated at all , has some amazing features and can be customized to you're liking ! I would definitely recommend this tv to family and friends !!

i wanted a large tv as my eyesight has gotten fuzzy over the years. the price and the brand were my deciding factors. hanging the tv on the wall opened a ton of space in my living room compared to my old entertainment stand. the picture and sound quality are nice. i use the fiber optic audio with my home stereo system and enjoy theater quality veiwing. samsung made a great product and i am happy to have gotten it.

This TV is excellent for downloading new apps and enjoying them. It's like having a phone with a bigger screen. I love my TV because it houses everything I want, and I need to stay entertained when I need to relax. Also, my TV is very portable. I use my TV in my dorms. I move my TV from room to room, having movie nights and gaming sessions. This TV is always the life of the party in my social circles. This TV is one of my best purchases, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new TV. this tv is great! has a beautiful picture, was easy to hang, and has a usb port built right in allowing us want anything we want. the only reason i have not given it 5 starts is i don't like that you can't remove some of the apps the tv comes with that we don't use. i also was not able to add the starz app so i have to watch from the browser. the browser is hard to navigate with the remote and it's time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first TV lasted 18 months before it stopped working. Then the second TV same model but newer one lasted 20 months, horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. So guess I won't be purchasing another Samsung TV. But they do have nice features.
