Picture is good, everything else is awful

I have owned this TV for 2 years. The interface moves at the speed of a snail. Going from one app to another is always difficult. The OS will crash sporadically. The remote is way too big and clunky. The buttons are placed in the worst possible lineup. This TV has been heralded as a bargain due to its crystal clear 4k picture. I will respectfully disagree. Do not waste your money.

Nice TV that was gifted to me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch cable and other pay for view applications. I have also watched Samsung tv. Wish I could figure out a way to set a default on startup other than Samsung tv. Other than that, the tv is great for me.

Great TV with amazing picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this TV for my bedroom and it has really great picture quality. There are a lot of features (different picture modes, sleep timer, etc) that are really useful and I would definitely recommend this product for anyone considering it. You can get a variety of apps and the TV allows Spotify or Apple Music, which I really appreciate. I mainly use Apple Music and my old TV didn't support it. You can also control the TV from your phone, which is really cool.

The Worst TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not wanna turn on, just turning it on takes five minutes every time, every time you go to turn it on you have to unplug it, we had to go through the set up at least five times, Not happy with this TV

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. (4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Please be sure you have the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Great Purchase

Samsungs TVs are just so much more consistent and reliable. The picture is phenomenonal. It connects to my samsung note 20 perfectly and the motion jutter reduction is very impressive.

Surpassed expectations

Had it for over a month now and keep finding new stuff. I am sure our service provider has a lot to do with it but they are only as good as the tv you are viewing them on. Love the free wi if channels that came with the tv. Awesome picture quality and sound. Could not be happier

Awesome TV

The set up was a breeze and the picture is absolutely incredible. Seriously considering purchasing a larger one for my theater room. Great value!

Just, wow...

Great easy to use TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for leisure and streaming. My mom enjoys watching Youtube. The system makes it easy to navigate to other apps (Netflix, Hulu etc). The only complaints I have are that sometimes when we first turn on the TV, it lags. The remote also has way too many buttons. Other than that, completely satisficed.
