first and last samsung tv

Bought this in October 2022 and at first we like it but as time went by we now hate it! The remote set up sucks and it's always pushing samsung tv on us plus some apps we had on other TVs are not allowed on this TV due to competition of other makers, definitely will not buy another Samsung tv in the future!

This product is awesome! We love it!

Set up was very easy also, we were watching it in no time! Even the sound on this TV is excellent on its own. We have several Samsung products and have been happy with them all. We will continue to look at Samsung first in future purchases.

Everyone should have a Samsung smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally love my TV. Certain factors like having it connected to my Xbox, so when I turn my console the tv comes on and vice versa, but this is kind of a double edge sword. It is convenient, but sometimes I don't want my Xbox to come on, or maybe I'm done playing video games and want to switch to a streaming service. But if I turn my console off, the tv will turn off too. All other aspects of the tv seem to flow. The picture is amazing, lighting, sound, all perfect.

TV Keeps Dropping WiFI Connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but now every single day it disconnects from my WiFi, and despite me refreshing and trying to reconnect, it keeps failing to connect. The issue isn't from my router, as all of my other electronics are not losing connection. It's only the TV. It won't fix unless I unplug the power cord and plug it back in. I have to do this every single day. I have a brand new TV; this should NOT be happening. It's incredibly frustrating because I was under the impression that Samsung was one of the best TV brands, but apparently I was mistaken. Is this covered under warranty? My TV must be defected.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. To many changes time to keep shopping

One of the reasons I have always got and used Samsung tvs was the ability to yuse a thumb drive to watch movies on. I usually use divx format, apparently starting in 2021 this changed where is a port the TV does not support that any longer. Shame on me for doing zero research because I trusted this product as I have bought several Samsung tvs.

This TV is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my room to watch movies and play video games on. I have to say that this is the best TV I have ever owned. It comes loaded with its own cable. Just hook up to the internet and you are good to go. Not only do you have pre installed cable but Netflix, YouTube, disney+, literally all of your streaming options are already good to go. It is freaking fantastic to play games on. Honestly I can say I literally love this TV. Paired with my Samsung soundbar and subwoofer package, I'm immersed Into whatever I'm doing. Thankyou Samsung!

Excellent Smart TV

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Have this large flat TV mounted on the wall. Constantly use chrome cast with it. My kids know it's features better than I do. It's exactly the right size for my space and we enjoy watching movies and TV shows on it.

TV Evolution

The Samsung TV Plus channels are great. The picture quality is exactly as advertised. If 30 years ago I was told this is what TV would evolve into I wouldn't have believed that it would happen in my lifetime.

Good TV, hobbled by constant Wifi disconnects

tv is good, although i am seriously considering returning this 3-month old tv because the wifi connection is constantly dropping now. it was working fine, but now i'm noticing it can't connect after i turn the tv off for the night. the next morning it sees the wifi but isn't able to connect. searching online comes up with many people having this same issue, with no fix by samsung thus far. i would seriously consider if the need for a samsung tv is worth this hassle. it isn't 1995 anymore; fix the problem!

TU700D Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020)
