However, the display quality does not match that of a QLED TV, and it took me a few days to get used to it. Still, for the price, this is a great TV.

i was aignificantly disappointed that the screen had failed after two month from purchase. this never happened with competative brands. the warranty service is in progress and the tv has been out of service for 13 days as the service cemter did not havr the screen in stock.

You can also download an app via android or apple to navigate the tv. The picture quality is AMAZING, it really is Crystal clear!!! I have its settings as it was delivered didn't move anything, or adjust settings it has auto brightness control so it adapts to surrounding lightning which is very nice. It also comes with an app; Samsung TV plus which lets you enjoy limited Channels, its free TV. It is very easy to navigate and you can also add more apps to your liking. The control is normal size and has the apps like Netflix, prime video, and samsung tv plus so its very simple to move to them. The audio on This Samsung TV is very clear and loud. It also has the option to create/login to a Samsung account which is a Plus is u have smart appliances in your home.

This is my 3rd Samsung smart TV I've purchased and all my cell phones have been Samsung Galaxy starting with the 5, and everything after that have been the Note Series, 7,8,9,10 and now the Note20. worst remote ive seen. very hard to navigate through to get to apps. some apps dont load at all, some common apps wont open. seems to favor their own apps over mine for ease of entry. cheap tcl i had before was easier to use and worked as good for less money. actual tv works fine if you can find your apps

I always felt like I wasn't getting the most out of my television because I couldn't figure out how to really navigate between apps and streaming etc. however ever since I bought this new Sam TV I have found that this is not a problem. It is very easy to navigate, easy to backtrack if you make a mistake and as far as watching programs the picture is fabulous. I also like the voice activated because it makes everything so much easier. This is a great television all the way around.

i have owned several samsungs at home and decided to purchase this one … the color was great and everything worked as expected with local channels; however, with amazon fire tv and sling app the colors were different and not as clear… the amazon fire stick was the same 4k stick i had with a previous toshiba 4k tv that i was replacing … i tried resetting the amazon fire stick and changed settings of tv but it was still not to our satisfaction so we decided to return this tv and bought a lower level tv, insignia, a best buy brand …. everything has been working fine including the same colors on local channels and on fire stick apps/channels without the need to reset or adjust any settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the tv, i don't watch it much but sometimes the tv restarts by itself, by this I mean the internet disconnects automatically and there has been times where I have to do a whole factory reset to be able to re connect

I've had it now for about a year and gaming looks beautiful. I also use this for steam link as well which works perfectly! The wifi has a strong connection though there's an option for a hard line. Seriously the best TV purchase I've ever made.

The picture is clear and the colors are vibrant, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use of the SmartTV interface. The one shortcoming is a low-quality black point and the occasional unexpected refresh of the screen (both in the form of a scroll and a brief black screen). All in all, the TV is perfect for the price that was paid, and I am more than happy with my purchase.
