[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg wow the 4K crystal picture is awesome. I love the look of this tv too. The bevel is super thin, as is the profile of the TV. It's a smart TV, so that's super convenient, but if I needed a Roku or Xbox hooked up, there are two hdmi ports. The only issue that I've found is that I can't seem to connect my phone to it. I was tempted to knock off a star, but since I can't say 100% that the issue is on the tv's end and not the phone's end, I kept the star. Great tv.

It's is very easy to navigate around this operating system with your phone. As well as this I learnt I could pair this smart TV with my Amazon Alexa and it makes it even easier to use. I mainly use it to turn on the tv and to adjust the volume.

Great TV for the price for sure. I had a much more expensive Sony before this one and really the only think I miss is the feature to permanently show the time in the upper right corner of the screen. To SAMSUNG: that would be a great software update!!

The remote is easy to understand and operate. The picture on the TV is super clear and the ultra 4K makes it look almost too real. My first time with a Smart TV and I love the advancement in easy access to the internet and other video providers. Great purchase!

I hooked up my Direct tv and even the remote is compatible (this was huge for me cause I couldn't find my remote). The sound and imagery ...crisp. For the price I HIGHLY recommend this TV.

After about 3 months and an update the tv started to power on when I'm not home or sleeping. Not good when I'm trying to budget and keep my bills at a rate I can afford. Otherwise great t.v

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm always honest so if your just looking for praise, wrong lady. Great picture quality, like exceptional . If a wart had a wart, you'd know it. But 2 things disappointed. You need a phd for the remote & the sensitivity factor on it after using a Firestick remote is like corporal punishment. Keep it simple & user friendly. Then people will spread the word & they will sell. The 2nd thing is the audio. I am hard of hearing & if I don't win a sound bar will be forced to invest in one to enjoy this tv. Sad but true. Nice tv for the price. No real regrets but would i recommend it...no. i have a Samsung phone...a Samsung tablet...& my 1st slight dissappointment is this tv. To my surprise and delight we are able to watch the major local TV stations as well as the whole spectrum of apps using the internet connection. The picture is bright and clear, making it more than worthwhile to get 4K. The sound is good as well...all in all, a great product.
