[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great, it looks amazing even compared to other brand new tvs I got this one to replace an lg and the difference is unimaginable. The actual experience on the tv as far as the UI is what made me rate four stars, now don't get me wrong as far as smart features go the tv is seamless I mean it is a Samsung after all, but the remote is a little clunky and sometimes gives miss inputs or feels a little off in the hand but being as that's really the only downfall to the tv I would still say four stars as the remote id something you end up not minding dealing with for such a good quality tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a nice quality TV great for streaming and gaming, but was pleasantly surprised it also had SamsungTV, which has been a great feature. It's nice having some channels that have specific shows that are great for bingeing or just having on in the background. My parents are looking to cancel their cable and possibly get a new TV, so I definitely let them know about this one.

besides getting a great deal on the 82" samsung tv, i could not be happier. football is football on this large screen. the contrast, color and other features are easy. it even has a sound bar troubleshooter in case you have trouble hooking a weird sound bar to it. i love everything about it. like a lot of people have stated, do not bring it home yourself, have it delivered - the box is huge and heavy; however, you will not be disappointe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has been great for me so far. The Quality is great, frame rate is great. However colors are a littlr on the dark/warm side. One thing also is it comes with Defaulted settings that ultimately make it looks worse. I recommend turning all additional picture features off (such as Judder Reduction) for the best settings. The UI us a little confusing as well, but got used to it quickly.

After some research my decision has been a good experience as the setup, operation and quality of the picture is well worth the money. And I didn't need to get my grandchildren to do it for me!

i seen the vibrant color and detail on this tv and i fell in love. so my kids surprised me for christmas. well, the picture is the only thing good about this tv. the tv continuously loses connection with the internet and starts to buffer and the message, “something occurred while streaming samsung plus tv”. the only way to correct the problem is to unplug the tv. i feel awful that my kids spent their hard earned money on this gift. i hate to tell them they wasted their money. at this point, i would be happy with my old tv, at least i would be able to actually watch the tv shows.

i bought this tv a month ago, and so far the experience has only been worse day by day. initially for 2 weeks the screen was flickering so much, it would irritate your eyes. then we have been trying to install few basic apps like youtube kids, disney+ and none have been installed. we click install, and the white button "install" goes gray for few seconds and turns white again. no message why this is happening. we haven't installed any new apps, just the ones that come pre-install. some pre-installed apps are really stupid ones -- who watches hgtv from an app and does web browsing on tv? webpages are the worst and you can't even remove these not-for-goof apps. though samsung is a popular product, but these people have never used web-browsing on tv! have to return it back

The picture is great, and is great for things such as playing video games, and watching sports on TV.If anyone is looking for a great TV at a reasonable price I believe that this TV is the one for them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added the 43” 4K tv as a computer monitor and to extend the office desktop. It's pretty sharp and great for use with all the Zoom conferences now replacing in person meetings during the pandemic.Also reduced the need for close up glasses when reading my emails without feeling strain on my eyes (no screen fatigue felt even though monitor only 24 inches away and no annoying pixels either)

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We now are buying a TV wall mount which we weren't planning on but the legs on the TV are very weak and unstable. We have it on the floor, propped to not fall over until we can get to town to buy the wall mount. TV has great pic.
