Decent picture & features, but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was excited to get into a 4k tv, especially at this price. i got the features that i was wanted, including bluetooth, so i can use my buds+ at night. #apartmentliving setting up and using the menu is a chore because apps that i'll never use after permanent bloatware. they have just about every ale m apple app paint and i don't use apple products at all. this causes two issues: 1. they take up space in the ui making it more difficult to navigate. 2. more troubling is that they take up space. there isn't a ton of space here and no way to expand the space, so eventually you will want/need that space, but you can't delete those apps. troubling. it's sad that i need to keep using my firestick unless i'm watching hbo max. then i go back to samsung's ui for that.

Quality TV at a Good price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is used for Streaming, and gaming. It works well in my household set up. I also have another 50" in my bedroom and a 75" in my family room and everything works well together since all my TV's run on the Tizen operating system that comes with the TV's.
all around great tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My crystal UHD TV has crisp vivid color, a rich symphony of sound and works just as good for gaming as it does for screening movies. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with an electronic purchase than I am with my 43" crystal UHD HDR smart TV
Love my Samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my entertainment room TV stopped working, I had to buy a Large Samsung. My 75 inches TV has excellent picture quality and clear sound. It is easy to watch movies from my phone to my smart TV. The price was better than the competition and the availability - no waiting because it was not in stock from the retailer . Movie night is better on my Samsung. I love all the feature, specially the lighting functionality. I would definitely recommend buy this TV.
This product has everything you would ever want!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I held off on buying a big screen TV for my home because I was concerned about how to mount it in front of a build in cabinet. My son came to the rescue with the idea of mounting it on an arm that extends out and tips both up and down. Since my Samsung is light it is easy to maneuver and solved the problem. I only have the basic cable speed, but this TV streams anything with a picture equivalent to the cable IV I used to get. It has great picture quality and many choices. I wish I had bought it years ago!
Crystal clear viewing experience!

I researched many sizes and brands and found myself coming back to the 65 “ Class Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart ! I'm impressed by the picture quality and how easy it was to set up! Definitely would purchase again!!
Great tv ...But
this tv is great as far as what im able to view ..graphics and things like that but the tv itself at tikes can just be irritating. i noticed if im gone for too long it will unconnect from the wifi and i have to unplug the tv for it to connect again and i know its not my wifi. its getting to the point where every single time i come home i have to unplug to tv and plug it back in for it to work and im over it , its only been three months that ive had it . ive also noticed the picture is a but grainy at times when i turn it on and so again i have to fo and unplug the tv for a clear picture. my tv is only a couple steps away but for the money my boyfriend paid for this tv we expect it to work properly.

You may want to go through these steps to check your connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. great picture
i have liked samsung products for a long time. there quality and designs are all top notch. the picture on this tv is one of the best i have seen. samsung does a great job on the production of there tvs. they are all very well done. i am happy that i have this tv.
Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV to stream app channels since we no longer have cable. The features are endless. One exciting feature my 16 year old loves is called TruMotion which will show pictures in which the movie or tv show looks like it's being played live. Same with Live Plus. It almost feels like you're inside the set and part of the action!
crappy software
I've had this tv for a moth now, picture is great for a inexpensive tv, But only 2 hdmi inputs is not great. Also I have spent hours upon hours with tech support trying to update the firmware, this tv is on version 2111, there are 2 later updates but this tv will not update. I'm thinking of returning it and spending abit more for a sony.

On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.
