Wonderful Picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a wonderful picture and has been excellent for our streaming needs. The smart TV actually streams faster than our first-generation Apple TV. We bought this TV after our old one wouldn't turn on anymore about 1 year ago. We were worried that a TV in our price range wouldn't last or have a clear picture, but our expectations have been far exceeded!

Crisp 4K Colors & Smooth Motion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending a half an hour to 45 minutes in target looking at all the TVs this is the best one we saw for sale. It was the largest TV they had at 75 inches but the color and depth of the picture was amazing for the size. I always had the theory smaller is better for colors and resolution but this is outstanding. Totally would recommend anybody I know.

Good picture, bad experience

setup is terrible. took way too long compared to other tv's. synced with my phone account through samsung without me knowing, eventually the account became disabled and created problems with my phone. finally everything just started to work again after an hour - i did nothing to correct it. remote is clunky and has serious lag time. will cause you frustration for sure by selecting the wrong channels because of it. lastly, the tv froze. picture freezing i could understand. simple reboot and done. not this one. made a serious techno noise that kept going for at least a minute. had to unplug it as remote wouldn't stop it. going back to store as i've only had it less than a week. yikes. cannot recommend.

I love this tv.

It's crystal clear easy to use and it comes with free install apps that really come in handy When I want to just come home and watch TV. Everything works really easy when trying to connect it with your Samsung phone. My favorite feature about this TV is being able to screen mirror my phone to the TV. Samsung makes it really easy to do that when You already have a Samsung phone. I love Samsung I have the TV the phone to watch I am a Samsung man lol.

Good price excellent picture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Samsung 43” inch we have purchased in the last few years. The 2160 p on the TU7000 provides a beautiful sharp picture. The sound quality is also more crisp and clear at a lower volume level. Overall an improvement over the prior 43” we purchased with 1080p.

Works basically OK but is too dark

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Worked right out of the box, ARC works well.Cons: Really, really too dark and there is periodic blankingI was happy when I plugged it in for the first time and put it up. I did set it up at night, unfortunately, so I didn't notice that it's basically unusable for detailed dark images when there's a window open, even if the light is indirect. I wish there was more of a brightness range. The machine control between my receiver, AppleTV, and Playstation 4 pro works really well. There is periodic blanking, but I can't quite tell if it's because of the TV or another part of my setup.

You may also need to manually reboot your TV after the update by either unplugging the AC cord or by pressing and holding the power button on the remote until the TV powers off and back on. Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. Great price !

This tv was bought for our family as a gift from my mother in law and boy she picked an awesome TV. Never had a big TV like this before and the clarity is amazing along with everything else lol. Thats why we're returning customers because as soon as you walk in your greeted and offered help and very patient and courteous.never had a bad experience with anyone there. Sorry for long review

Love the TV, Hate the Remote Control

excellent tv for quality of picture and features. the smart features load a lot quivker than iur previous samsung. i find the remote control to be very difficult to use (“first world” problem, i know). something about the placement of the buttons and the narrow, curved design. i'll be looking for a universal remote to remedy the problem.

Great quality for value!

Perfect size!

I love how easy is it to move from the TV channels to Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and many more other apps. I organized the apps as well in the order of my preference, which was helpful. I also love the timer option which I use a lot, like in case in fall asleep. Another plus is how easy it is to connect to my phone or laptop so I can display stuff on the screen. (: Very happy with my purchase, and it had a good price, for a college student!
