Features I love about my Samsung

The one feature I love is that I can watch almost anything from my iPhone. I purchased this TV for the bedroom and I love it. I am going to replace my current television's with a Samsung .

Living Room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for my living room. The picture is clear. I also purchased a sound bar to go with it. The one thing that I habe an issue with is that I ran out of storage for my apps pretty fast. A lot of apps are mandatory that I never use and I cannot delete them.

Great picture / smart TV

The Best money can buy

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great TV. The picture and sound are great. Had some issues getting it set up but finally got it resolved. The only real issue I have is the remote not as user friendly as I would like. Some of the apps I had on my old TV I couldn't get on this one. I added a Fire Stick to the TV and I'm using that remote instead and I like it much better and got the other apps I really wanted . Overall I love the TV!!!!

So Disappointed TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is very good except if there is a nocturnal scene or if the scene is in a dark place. Then you cannot see the actors clearly. We have lighten and brighten the screen as much as possible but it is still too dark. I do NOT recommend this tv.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your TU700D TVs image quality. Please know we are here to help you and have a few tips that can solve your image quality issues. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. To adjust it go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness, Contrast, and more. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV according to the ambient light level to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution > Ambient Light Detection. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update. Awesome TV for the Price

Beautiful picture for such a large screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We watch cable TV shows and movies, sports and streaming series. I do not like how difficult it is to set the shut-off timer. I hate the fact that this TV shuts itself off randomly, just like my last Samsung. Will be calling for warranty service.

Hi Qantas77, Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV turns on and off repeatedly. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. The TV will likely need service if the issue persists after these steps. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv back in 2020 with the intention of keeping it for when I move out of my mom's house. This TV has been amazing. The picture quality is 9/10, the sound is actually decent, and the whole thing all around has been wonderful to own. The only gripes I have with it are that the processor is a bit slow which makes the TV not especially responsive, and my friend bought one too and his broke when we tried to move it, but as long as you're not being idiots (like we were when we moved it), and can learn to live with the occasional slowdown, this TV is an amazing choice and value for the price.
