The first one we purchased had a seal that was improperly attached around the lid and needed to be returned immediately after purchasing. The second one we've had worked well for the last month or two and is not not wanting to turn on correctly and we end up with blinking lights and the inability to actually start cooking with it. Going to return this one also. Very disappointing.

Hello, I bought this on sale and it worked great for about a year until we had a power outage one day while we were using it. Ever since then it flashes all the lights or if I try to reset it per instructions that I found online it starts flashing a bunch of numbers. Very disappointing because I loved this crock pot before it decided to now work anymore. Maybe I’ll go back to a non digital one.

Crockpot is way to hot on the outside! I guess they are made different from years past! Modern technology! Can’t return it because I had it to long before I used it. I should I just bought a new insert for my old one. Do not get rid of an old one for a new one. Not the same!

Bought this to replace my old crockpot as the crock part was scratched up. Using it for the first time today and the outride metal is so hot if you were to touch it for a few seconds you would burn yourself. I do not trust it even being near its own cord for the fear it will melt. Will be returning it.

I was excited to receive this crock-pot today. However, I immediately noticed flaws in the surface of the crock itself. There are dimples in the black glaze on the outer rim. I can live with those, but they will bug me. There are also a couple of dimples on the bottom of the crock, which expose white spots (unglazed). I'm not sure if it is safe to use like this, but I am not comfortable with a product that feels like it is not "first quality". Has anyone else found this kind of flaw? I am disappointed and I haven't even used it yet!

The size and locking lid on this slow cooker are nice. However, it gets very hot on the outside, but doesn't heat on the inside very well. My food never gets done in the amount of time that it should. The gasket on the lid is very thin as well and does not look like it would hold up over time. I previously had Hamilton Beach slow cookers, but thought I would give this a try. I will be returning it and purchasing another Hamilton Beach.

Used it for the 1st time yesterday. Made roast with carrots and potatoes. No issues with undercooking/overcooking or burnt on food. This crockpot has digital countdown, warm/low/high functions AND GOES TO WARM AFTER COOKING. Did notice 2 things. The crockpot lid seal does keep a food odor even after washing and soaking overnight. This crockpot DOES get hot on the outside during cooking. Have never had that problem with Crockpot brand products before. My previous one did not do that. According to Crockpot website it is supposed to get hot like that? I plan on keeping this crockpot for now. For the size and everything it does the price is to good

The Crockpot is a dependable staple in the average American household. My old one finally bit the bullet, so I bought this model which appears to be an exact, just newer, duplicate of my old one. My favorite feature is the "keep warm" function as it keeps your meat warm but doesn't overcook it. Used it twice now, both times it has turned OFF when the cook time ends. Now I'm up to $50 in ruined food and I am super disappointed. I need to return this faulty machine!

The carrying case handles are junk and ours ripped within 2 months.

Say they have it but not in store what a crock lol
