I really wanted this to be a great crock pot, but unfortunately mine is the same as several other reviewers. It doesn't get hot enough, even on high. The outside metal base will almost burn your hand,but the ceramic pot never gets hot enough. I cooked red beans and rice that is normally done in 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high in my smaller Hamilton Beach crock pot. In this crock pot after 10 hours on high I had more of soup. The water never even thought about boiling, and after over 11 hours on high I had to take the ceramic pot out and cook it on my stove top for 45 minutes to actually make it boil and reduce the excess water down. I will be returning this crock pot and buying another Hamilton Beach.

Temperature settings are absolutely useless. Put stew ingredients in, set to low, came back home from work to a burnt mess. Tried again on another day, luckily I was able to keep an eye on it. After 3 hours it was at a steady low boil and already burning on bottom.

I just received this item and so far I'm disappointed!!! There was NO INSTRUCTION/ OPERATING manual provided in the box. Was there supposed to be a manual packed inside the box???? Please provide a website or instruction Manuel I can look up on the Internet!!! I WILK be returning this item if no Manuel can be gotten!!!

We just purchased our second Crock Pot, after my Husky chewed up the lid of our first one. It has a great price point and can be used for so many different dishes. I love that I can set it up in the morning, leave it, and have a meal ready to go for later with minimal effort. Perfect for busy families.

I purchased from Sam’s Club and it was delivered Feb. 21, 2023 (this year). I’ve had used it 5 or 6 times. The other day after using my husband noticed the bottom was coming off and it was coming apart (pictures included). Upon turning it over, he found the problem. No nuts and bolts holding it together. Just what looked like an aluminum washer type thing on what looked like an aluminum post. There were two of these things and one was almost off and the other half way off. Needless to say, he couldn’t get them back in place and the whole unit went into the trash. I’m so disappointed in the Crock Pot brand and I’m currently looking for another brand of slow cooker. I have also read that I am not the only one that has had this to happen to. Unfortunately, I cannot attach pictures to my review.

A little frustrated! I bought this 14 months ago and tge eletronics just quit working, I plugged it in and the lights just all started flashing and the timer just started going crazy. I tried unplugging, and even tried another day and same thing. SAM'S wouldn't exchange because it was just out of the one year.

I love this crockpot. It is spacious, easy to use and perfect for effortless cooking. The programmable function is super practical and the food is delicious and well cooked. In addition, it is easy to clean and does not make noise. Ideal for everyday life.

Functioned but, after a single use, the bottom had started to significantly loosen from the body leaving a pronounced gap. I promptly returned it. I had my previous Crock-Pot for a decade of regular use before the ceramic container cracked, this one wasn't going to make it 6 months.

I've been using this 7-quart Crock-Pot regularly and it's been super reliable. The size is perfect for meal prep, soups, and bigger family dinners. I really like the digital countdown timer because it takes the guesswork out of cooking and automatically switches to warm when it's done. The ceramic insert feels sturdy, heats evenly, and is easy to clean. Overall it performs exactly how you want a slow cooker to perform, simple, consistent, and dependable.
