I got to use this Crock Pot this weekend and am very happy with it. I absolutely love the lid, like the way it snaps on and is sealed. The carry bag is a great addition also.

Awesome programmable crockpot cooks perfect, tender meat every time! Tailgate was a win win with two crockpots full of country fried steak, with mashed potatoes and English peas! 😋😋😋

Arrived dented. Apparently sam’s club sends out damaged boxes on items. The outside box was not damaged. Probably will not order from Sam’s Club again. Disappointed.

It’s a great size. It works as it was designed. I have only used it once for a pot of chicken vegetable stew. It did a perfect job, as it should. I definitely recommend it.

Great crock-pot! Love the size, large enough to fit a pork shoulder. I love the automatic timer function, as well as the insulated travel bag it comes with!

Functioned but, after a single use, the bottom had started to significantly loosen from the body leaving a pronounced gap. I promptly returned it. I had my previous Crock-Pot for a decade of regular use before the ceramic container cracked, this one wasn't going to make it 6 months.

Love this crockpot, this replaces my old one that I accidentally burned the bottom up on the stove...yeah, I'm the dummy...but this has perks...latchable lid and a carrying bag to keep food warm in transport. I also love that the cord has brackets in the back to wind it up on!

I just received this item and so far I'm disappointed!!! There was NO INSTRUCTION/ OPERATING manual provided in the box. Was there supposed to be a manual packed inside the box???? Please provide a website or instruction Manuel I can look up on the Internet!!! I WILK be returning this item if no Manuel can be gotten!!!

Temperature settings are absolutely useless. Put stew ingredients in, set to low, came back home from work to a burnt mess. Tried again on another day, luckily I was able to keep an eye on it. After 3 hours it was at a steady low boil and already burning on bottom.

Used for the first time today and the chicken I made came out well cooked. The controls are easy to use. I deducted from the rating because the outside of the heating base gets very hot - could not rest a hand on the silver surface. There are only adults in my home so this will not be too big a problem, but I would hesitate to recommend this to a household with children. I imagine putting the slow cooker in the carrier will have to be done very carefully.
