Bad Batch Cod was MUSHING and Spoiled like it had been left out of the freezer for days and then re frozen

Flavor was not as good as we had hoped.

Most of them had some kind of gristle or cartilage. The pan was full of water after they were baked, as though the fillets were soaked in water so they'd soak it up to increase their size and weight.

I've been catching and eating fish for more than 60 years and have never seen fish like this. These cod loins were saturated with water. I will never purchase them again.

I purchased this item on the 20th of April, and put it directly into my freezer. I cooked about half the package of fillets a few days later. I did a baked cod, with rice. About half way through one of the fillets, and in between the flakey layers of flesh, was a rolled up cooked brownish worm. Very thin... rolled up like a cinnamon roll. I unrolled it out to about two inches long. I realize these are wild caught, and this is a natural part of nature. However, I do not believe I will be able to stomach purchasing them again.

I've purchase this product many times to notice that there's a tremendous amount of water included in the individual loins . I finally decided to weight the squeezed out loins . The weight of the water was a pound . Actually your getting 2 pounds of fillets & paying around $7 for a pound of water.
