Excellent taste, very fresh and flash frozen, and at a super reasonable price. Baked, fried, or used in ceviche it is so tasty. Mixed with shrimp and tomatoes make great cevich.

These are very good tasting fish and easy to fix. We purchase a lot of fish from Sam's and they are always to our satisfaction. Give them a try good recipes on the side of the bag too.

I tried many frozen cod fish. The cod fillet at Sam’s is the best overall. It has a sweet taste, it’s moist when fried, and is the prefect serving size for one person.

The only item I've gotten at Sam's that I threw out. In my opinion this cod was dry, very tough, not flaky at all. Had no flavor and the sizes in the bag were very inconsistent, some small and thin some thick among. Perhaps I just got a bad bag but we threw it away, it was inedible according to my family. I don't like leaving a bad review but I felt I should share my experience. Will never buy again, too costly for a second chance.

These cod loins are nice and thick, so for us, baking them is the best! Taste is delicious!
