These are good for a quick meal - fresh frozen, good source of protein and omega-3s. My only complaint is that they are saturated with water. In order to properly sauté them, they must first be squeezed to get the water out (I use paper towels). Otherwise, they'll wind up steamed or poached in the pan.

They are not boneless which can be dangerous to people. I cooked them tonight and found numerous bones.

I have now buying these at my local grocery store as sams club is 26.94 for 3lbs and im buying it now at a lower price

Have a really good recipe using crushed pineapple, chopped cashews, pickled jalapeno slices and mayo.

Exceptional freshness and taste. Great for fish tacos. Add salt, pepper and cooked in a skillet on the stovetop. Yummy! Excellent value too.

I looked up the fishing area for these fish. Hopefully they're as nutritionally good as they taste. Flaky, individual packages

The loins were perfect size, and very tasty. The vacuum sealed bag made it easy to take out to thaw in the refrigerator.

Very good thick chunks and well worth the money I ate them with beer batter mix and they were very good

This fish was great for my bacalao recipe. The taste was absolutely awesome. The price is perfect too. I'll buy it again for sure.
